Yeah I rock with your channel, but I can tell you have not been back to mainland USA in a while, everything is up 100-200% and a majority of salaries are not and if have a high salary many are getting laid off, getting a house for $60k means it is unlivable and/or in a neighborhood rampant with crime and even then the property taxes will be outrageous. Food, gas, rent/mortgage, insurance all up by at least 2x. Yes there are plenty of gigs you can work go from 40 to 60/70 hours work week, if you married and have kids this will more than likely harm the family dynamic.
If the way you view things is from an impossibility point of view and only the things that can't be done, that will be your reality. Not all cheap houses are in bad neighborhoods and not everyone is getting laid off. I was in mainland last year
