    1. High-Income Skill Factors
    - Not all skills that make a lot of money are worth having.
    - For example, you can become a doctor and makeover 200k a year
    - But is that worth it
    Well:
    - You have to spend about 8 years in school
    - Average doctor has about 200k also in debt
    - And being a doctor is a demanding job, that comes with many stresses
I’m not saying no one should study to become a doctor
    - Because we need doctors
    - But it's one of these skills that you if your main interest money
    - Then you need to think 3 times about
    2. Let's Compare this First skill to being a Doctor
    - Let's say you take a coding boot camp and they lasts between 6 months to 1 year
    - And you land a job in and you get paid 70k a year
    - Which is better to become a doctor or become a coder
    The math says this:
    - 1 year of getting the skill and 7 years of work
    - The average software engineer with 7 years makes about 120k
    - So if it takes you 3 years to get experience and build up your resume
    - And then you can work for 4 years making 120k
    - Then over 7 years you have total earnings of 690k
    - As a doctor, you would make 200k a year and have 200k worth of debt and in year 8 you would have no earnings
If this is about money and my goal is making money and saving time
    - I rather have 690k upfront and a cost of less than 20k
    - Than 200k promise with 8 years worth of work
    3. List of skills that you Can get that pay a lot of Money
    - Again these skills and subjective, a lot of money can be 50k or 70k or 100k, but for the sake of this video, I’ll say above 50k and less than 2 years of prep
    First Skills:
    1. Software Engineer
    How you can become one
    - you can take a boot camp program and be done 12-36 weeks you can be fully ready to actually go and get some employment
    - But that can take 40 hours a week full-time, 30 hour part-time or something flexible
    - My point is, its not easy and it takes a lot of work but the return is high if you are willing to it
    What they do
    - It depends on what area you go into
    - You have people responsible for cyber security, people building and testing applications and or people building websites, and so on
    - There are a few branches to get into
    How much they make:
    - Expect about 50k plus
    - Although the average is about 120k
    How much will cost:
    - There are bootcamps that cost above 10k
    - But there are also free ways to learn
    - My advice is do free before you do paid, to see if you got what it takes
    2. Mechanic
    How you can become one
    - You need to have high diploma or ged
    - And enter a training program or apprenticeship
    - Obtain your certification and then get your state license
    - Takes about 2 years or 5 years depending
    What they do
    - They repair vehicles and inspect them and all that good stuff we love to spend money
And how much money you can make
    - The average wage is about 25 bucks an hour
    - Little under 50k
    3. Trades that can make you a good Money List
    Electricians
    Welder
    Plumbers
    HVAC tech
    Construction manager
    Landscaper
    How you can become one
    What they do
And how much money you can make
    4. Registered Nurse
    5. Dental Hygienist
    How you can become one
    - It takes about 2-3 years to go through the program

I really appreciate your income transparency. My financial manager has helped me to develop a plan that is designed to fit my needs and maximise my finances. With her support and guidance, I have been able to make smart and prudent choices when it comes to my money. Thank you Mrs. Maya Payson.

It seems Maya Payson must be a highly skilled professional, given the amount of positive feedback she receives. Interestingly, she also manages the investments of one of my colleagues. I'm impressed that you are aware of her as well.

Yes Angel she's very good, she is straightforward and one of the best so far. People who don't know her or those that haven't invested with her. would say otherwise but the honest truth is that she has helped more people than i can count and that has to stand for something.

I highly recommend trades to anyone. I chose HVAC and was able to finish a 4 year apprenticeship program debt free. Paid for while working those 4 years. Only paid roughly $2500 in total. I worked my way up the ladder all the way up to a sales position. I got lucky with a great employee owned company. All in a span of about 8-10 years, I have almost everything I could ask for.

The time and trade off won't be good til year 5 . Do you have background already in mechanical aviation? Id recommend studying for getting your HVAC license. It's quicker turn around department of Labor statistics show it's a job increased from now to 2045. Id go into it. Takes less time under a year start mean wage 58k/78k

I agree. Local delivery with a CDL can be vastly different work physically than over the road trucking. I’m doing well financially and am home every day. As long as you eat well and take care of your body your health does not need to deteriorate.
