Now compare that power level to Goku or Vegeta in base form in DBS...it's a difference almost impossible to comprehend, now multiply up to 400 times that power level and you get SS3. If you get into god territory it becomes too much. If somehow Goku ended up traveling to the past (like Bardok's special episode) and he, with his current power, confronted Frieza in the Namek saga, just by showing Mastered Ultra Instinct he'd both scare and traumatize Frieza.
