The Yaris is not a bad car either, but the Mirage is a way better deal and the quality doesn't fall far behind Toyota's. BTW, the 100k Mitsubishi powertrain factory warranty in the US in unbeatable, try that with Toyota, good luck.

Guys I went on to Graduate High School, Went to College, got a masters in Computer Science, got married and had 4 kids and this car still hasn't hit 60 mph.

My Mirage cvt revs up just fine to merge on hwy. Its gets loud as hell at 80mph though. Just more of an excuse to turn up the speakers and blast Duran Duran.

I would still save my money or just buy a 2008 Toyota Yaris. My dad has a 2008 Toyota Yaris (14 yrs) and it still runs great at 119k miles. I’ve seen a Yaris with 400k miles with no problems! This Mirage says it can go 140mph, and I heavily doubt that. At least the Yaris is being honest with 120!!
so true, i've driven my '15 cvt a year now, b mode very handy especially in mountains, saves brakes immensely. The car isn't made for speed in any way.. every single thing is designed for mpg. in that sense, i feel it's a different kind of super car. I drive the racing line in corners, and lift early for stop lights etc, it gets amazing fuel mileage! 55 mpg on average. Real oil and good gas.

@@mattX5 It can hit 100 mph, although the wind shear starts to shake it a little above that. Its been a great car for Ubering, saves me alot of money.

The Yaris isn't hitting 120 either lol. The highest number on a Speedometer isn't a claimed top speed. The Mirage can't make it much over 100.

0-60 is under 12sec normally. This took about 14-15sec. I'm guessing you had the AC on and maybe weren't on flat ground.
