Man Austin Butler is not only an incredible physical actor, his voice work is some of the best all time. He was amazing as Elvis, great in OUATIH, and has mastered Stellan Skarsård’s raspy and menacing voice style to near perfection. Hell of an actor, hope to see him shine in other projects
One of the rare cases where the remake is better than the original film. The original film kind of portrayed the Harkonnens as a silly gang of cruel idiots. The new films did an infinitely better job of actually making the Harkonnens worthy of their villain role. The acting is better, the writing is better, the makeup and wardrobe department is better, pretty much everything that could possibly have been better in the original films is. Granted, the director of the older film complained for years that he wasn’t given the time or budget to make the movie he wanted to. This story definitely requires a trilogy to do it justice. Can’t wait to see how they wrap it up. The first film was good but I wouldn’t say great. In large part that’s just a function of the way the story was written in the books. But the second film in the series was really good, I enjoyed it a lot. The third could be epic. It could be terrible. But it will define how this series is viewed in the future either way. They better go for broke, take their time, and do it right.
I was a little worried he would be too over the top based on a clip of him talking from a few weeks ago. He says the word “our family” and he sounded a bit like a cartoon pirate. But I think he found a good balance of scary but believable. Props to him.

He is good looking no matter what they do to him!!

This movie is the first real epic film of the 21st century. Absolutely outstanding. Everyone was on point. Austin butler was chilling and chalamet was riveting as paul atreides. This is one you cant stream at home- it needs a proper theater to be viewed in its full glory. (I know times are hard, if you can afford a theater please see it there ❤)
I love Barons voice, it’s so perfect.
Austin was freaking amazing man.
Austin's ability as an actor is absolutely incredible. There's nothing of him or of Elvis here. You see only the character. Hell of a talent
It says something about the Uncle-Festerness of the Harkonnen that Feyd is considered “the pretty one.”
Feyd is one of my favorite things about Dune part 2
Why did Vladimir organize this for his birthday and say in the trailer show me who you are and how can he hear what he's saying from a distance
Hello I'd like to know why after the fight he says to his uncle Vladimir You tried to kill me what did they mean when they said you tried to kill me and Why does he say I should drown you in your bathtub
because after that we see Margot Frening doing the Gom Jabbar test why did I Feyd have to do the Gom Jabbar test and in one of the scenes further on we see Vladimir Feyd and Rabbane his brother kneeling in front of a person they are attacking why did he have to kneel thank you for your answer.

@@BENNY-VANDALS.CHICAGO 1. You typed the same thing twice
2. They couldn’t hear each other from a distance, they are thinking to themselves in their minds about each other
3. Show me who you really are, Feyd didn’t know the Barren would try and kill him or maybe it was just a surprise gift and nothing more as the Barren knows his nephews psychotic tendencies, he wants to FEEL alive as he does when he’s fighting to the death, even Feyd didn’t want that ruined after he found out, also he liked the thrill of the surprise and fight, not knowing his life could be taken at any moment.
This is what the Barren wanted to see from Feyd when he said “show me who you really are” I don’t think it was out of a grudge, more so a sense of pride for his nephew.
This is what was implied in the movie. The Barren never truly tried to kill Feyd.

I love when Paul silences mohaim and he raises his non existent eye brows and is so turned on by the power
Feyd really said: I’m frightened and a little aroused.
(Which is weird to say considering that Feyd and Paul are literally cousins).
Ok, Austin’s definitely getting the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.
For being on screen for 10 min?
@@wilmaso Judi Dench won her oscar for Shakespeare in love and she was in that movie not even for 7 min total
@@wilmaso yes
Unfortunately the Oscars don’t usually go for sci-fi films, even when they’re as deserving as this
It's can won oscar for best vfx like first part, not sure about acting
AUSTIN JUST STOLE THE SHOW ...
I love the Baron’s voice is so dark and creepy !!! 😂
Stelan was absolutely amazing as the Baron, always a great time when he was on the screen
Don't be hasty, Master Meriadoc
Omg I love Austin I'm so proud of how far he's come
Just saw Dune 2. Feyd was fantastic. Really all the villains were great in this
Stellan Skarsgard is such a legend!
I was a little worried he would be too over the top based on a clip of him talking from a few weeks ago. He says the word “our family” and he sounded a bit like a cartoon pirate. But I think he found a good balance of scary but believable. Props to him.
You can almost see the Baron's eye turn into one of demon like when he said "Tame Arrakis, Feyd."
The harkonnen: physically bald, morally bald
Me in the bath talking to a cat
Can't wait to watch this movie❤
It is amazing. Austin is in it far more than I thought. He plays evil as well as he played Elvis but completely different. I thought of a snake often. He’s an amazing actor who can do anything and he has just proved it. Honestly my only complaint was I think he is still so good looking even bald lol t9 be a villain. He is good looking no matter what they do to him!!
Yes he very good looking..very sexy voice...incredible actor
"I fucking hate you, uncle. Now come here and kiss me"
I loved the black and white scenes of Giedi Prime.
Thank you
Now Somebody need to upload his full gladiator fight if possible!! 🤔
Not read the books , but I think he should have not been killed off. He was amazing in the film.
Stellan was amazing in this role.
Feyd is such a cool character. I like how, despite being a vicious sociopath, he has a strain of honor where he respects those who fight well - like that Atreides soldier and Paul. He respects those who are worthy of it.
What’s with baron’s obsession with his nephew ? I’m getting the hint that baron likes him a little bit ‘more’
Read the book lol
Yeah they really downplayed the Baron from the book. 😂
@andrewcause2 can you elaborate please?
@@benmorgan9748what happens between him and the baron in the book?
@@SoccercrazyigbomanBaron has a thing for young boys
just imagine, paul was meant to be born a girl, and end up having a child with feyd. For better or worse, dune really is the story of the bene gesserit
A defining moment in Austin Butler’s career
By far the best version of Feyd! He is so terrifying!
Feyd-Rautha would make a perfect emperor 🙏🏻
He would dominate the universe and every planet would look like giedi prime
I wouldn’t mind. He could rule any universe.
@@elysium0093a good thing that Paul is a nice guy, not like Feyd
Exactily
@@frankdald8462 Nice guy ??? Just wait for part 3
damn, he looks good even like that, Austin is such an amazing actor!
"Tame Arrakis, Freud."
It's very interesting that he doesn't even see the planet as a planet but as an animal to be tamed. Very cool
It was very interesting to watch Dune 2 with Austin ❤✨️💯🙏👏🙌
Austin looks sexier without hair, and his muscular body makes me have a crush on him 🤣
That's so amazing I can't wait to see this
Thank you
I just watched this last night, IMO, this is the best movie of all time. The story, the acting, the directing, the special effects all A+
I wanted to laugh so hard in the theatre during this scene. Just the whole image of Baron in the bathtub looking at Feyd like he’s fallen in love is freaking hilarious.
"You’re a hero..." dude was wearing body armour, a shield, had two weapons and the gimp patrol, whilst his opponents were abused, drugged and naked. Some hero
