Honesty just eating more veggies is such an easy weightloss tip, there are barely any calories in veggies but they keep you full and satisfied which means less snacking! (And less guilt if you were to give in to the cravings, lmao)
NOT eating bleached flour, processed food, anything out of a plastic wrap or box, or sugar of any kind outside of fresh whole fruit....combined with early morning exercise has ALWAYS been the easiest way to lose weight.
@@yoholmes273 & eating LOTS & LOTS OF VEGETABLES (mer ' cans!🙄😌) Y'all think veggies are optional & refuse to eat them. It's extremely unhealthy not to & you'd think yous have worked that out by now.. look at the state of y'all You see Korean ppl ? Shining hair eyes glowing skin not usually fat etc etc usually v healthy That's what that is Lots of veggies 🙏🏻💜
As someone who tried full out veganism i was always hungry unless i added rice or pasta which actually made me bigger keto lost me 40 veganism gained me 30
Unfortunately a lot of people have a hard time emotionally regulating with food. I know the feeling of intense shame surrounding not being able to stick with simple healthy meals. Less guilt about indulging is right on the money! Gotta eat them veggies first, even a carrot stick before a piece of cake is a healthier choice than just the cake 💜
a tip i can recommend anyone with extreme legume & Bean sensitivity like me who has a very sensitive IBS stomach is make bean spread ( white beans+garlic+fresh basil+ chives mix it all into a creamy texture and use as a spread on preferably glutenfree bread. just 1 teaspoon or less a day after 2 months i can finally eat beans without stomach pain or gasses but it takes a LONG time to build tolerance. and having it mushed up also helps a lot with digestion. I also take enzymes for digestion before every meal.
Forgot to mention i freeze this mixture and put it in tiny plastic wrap tiny bites in the fridge that i take out every day. Essentially you can completely quit eating cheese once you get used to eating this. its really tasty.
Thanks😊 ! Will definitely try because my belly is quite sensitive to beans!! I like them a lot but man do they make me suffer!! Especially when I was pregnant. I always look at people around me happily eating beans and wonder, don’t they get stomach burn and gas afterwards ? 😢
Beans and garlic mess me up. I live bread srsly gluten free bread I used to order online but its soooo expensive. I need to make my own as most gluten free ones have unhealthy ingredients The bean dip sounds yummy. I love low fodmap shallot oil onlinr by fody foods but that also went up 8 bucks in price, way better on my gut than garlic but I spose I could simmer garlic in oil and remove all pieces garlic /strain. Better for my ibs. So the mashing it up like hummus helps your gut? I need to try soaking beans and enzymedica enzymes can help w gas a bit. The basil n chive combo makes me wanna make it 😊
White onion Carrots Celery Tomatoes Peas Kale Potatoes Firm tofu seasoned Thyme Paprika Chili powder idk Vegetable broth or stock Corn starch That’s all I could see

Wow, this gut-healthy stew recipe is a game-changer! 🌱💚 I've been exploring plant-based options to support my digestive health, and this stew is a delicious find. The combination of vibrant veggies, legumes, and herbs not only makes it a feast for the eyes but also for the gut!
Love it. I bought your cookbook. I have a lot of cookbooks, but your cookbook is amazing, I love it! Thank you. Plant based change can be very confusing and boring, but your book makes my meals delicious.
Love how colorful it is, color is healthy. The more the better. This same recipe can be applied to any almost other diet and eating habit except a couple of them out there. Simply by just changing up the protein. Great job.
Don't stress so much. Herbs count 😊 Herbs or spices count, too. And then you have frozen mixed veggies for soup or veggies in stir fries. Veggies in pot pies, veggies in omelettes, noodles, fried rice, etc... I'm having pumpkin and other veggies soup now with toasted bread. 😊 blending or partially blending the ingredients make them easier to appetise for those who don't like veggies much. Pr adding meats on the side. ❤ Am planning on focaccia bread with lentil soup later in the week. You can have pickled veggies and fermented ones, too. Kimchi soup is nice with pork and prawns. You probably know tonnes of recipes, but we often overlook the "spices" or flavourings like Konbu or turmeric, garlic salt, garam masala 😊 and overly worry I send hugs ♥️🤗 to all. May you all be healthy, happy and safe
@@CCC9437 yeah I'm sure that's why they purposefully used the word "plants" & not "veggies". It's easy to forget, but literally EVERYTHING we eat besides meats & their products is plant; coffee & cocoa, herbs spices, fruits & veggies... etc
this looks delicious I been a vegetarian on and off for 20 yrs long story but this time in my life this way of eating is the only way I won't suffer with the gas and bloating the headaches etc. it's just a better way of not feeling miserable after a meal
I have potatoes, other veg like broccoli, califlower or carrot and a meat like fish, pork or chicken. I also have sometimes a little bit of salt, or a sauce like mustard or peri peri sauce. I have that for lunch and dinner. I learnt it from my country the uk and a similar idea from japan.

Yup. I'm not dieting, I just decided to make a bunch of plant based soups and meals and it's been working.

I guess you have to buy the book.
It’s on her blog!
Google it. I did and it's there
Yeah wtf I hate when people do this
White onion
Carrots
Celery
Tomatoes
Peas
Kale
Potatoes
Firm tofu seasoned
Thyme
Paprika
Chili powder idk
Vegetable broth or stock
Corn starch
That’s all I could see
This soup is I think the best I’ve seen on TH-cam.
Up the plant count even more by ditching the flour and thickening with cooked, pureed cauliflower. Game changer!

Yum nice ❤
When the word "healthy microbiome" is mentioned I just...ahhh❤❤❤
That is not "a word".
It is a phrase.
And a CRINGE worthy one at that.
Yummy and healthy!
It looks really good ! Another option is to add oats instead of flour . ❤
What would you say to oat flour? Or do you think that might get to mushy?
I want to try this!!

Really? Tofu n cruciferous mess my gut up bad
This happens. Eat more proteins. Veggies are carbohydrates and can create bloating and gas in the gut in some people.
That looks absolutely🤤…
Dangerous?! Bc they are gonna lose a finger with those knife skills
omg looks amazing 🍲
I wonder what this taste like, it looks 👍 good
What is the seasoning youre putting in the tofu? I think flavor makes a difference. Thank you for this soup!

Eat the rainbow: Cold Salad for lunch, hot veg etc for dinner, but prefer Omad, 20 min between courses😊
I’m learning that, being colorful with your meals is important. A rainbow salad🌈🥗
Mmmm! Yummy!

Looks pretty good. Is there chicken in it? It looks like i see pieces of it in there.
In South India we eat a lot of Sambar which is basically this. A medley of vegetables in a spicy broth. It really is the best thing for the gut.
Add some chicken to that and it would be perfect. I love this channel. It gives me so many ideas!!! ❤❤❤❤
Don’t need to have a dead animal in this peaceful delicious healthy food!
Cooked or raw is the same thing right?
