Looks delish as always! I recently brought something similar to this to a potluck. A few of the people there had digestive issues with gluten, so I put rice Chex in my food processor & blended them up & what a yummy, crispy topping they made! ❤❤

Instead of using panko, you can get a bag of pork rinds and ground them up fine in a grinder. It is also good to use as a topping on chicken or pork. So good!!
I like this recipe and will be making it soon. Got a picky family will have to trade out broccoli for green beans and onions. Lol I like broccoli… thanks for sharing.
Could you use shredded chicken because sometimes I put chicken breast in my crockpot to cook it and then I take it out and I shred it and then I freeze it for like chicken enchilada soup or barbecue chicken sandwiches but I have some shredded chicken in my freezer that I could thaw and make this meal it’s already cooked. I just cooked and shredded it and froze it.
