If the wheel is turning true... one or more of the balancing weights may have dropped off down in the H/E or something. I always enjoy your videos .... great channel !
Good job! Need to add 1 or 2 drill bits to the toolbag. Starter holes make everything so much easier. Nice toolbag BTW. I hate having to walk down & back up because I didn't anticipate needing an odd tool or replacement battery.
Weird that you didn’t check the bolts were tight on the fan mounts on the other side.. if they’ve come loose on one side, they could have started to do the same on the other side, especially with all that additional bouncing it’s been through.
Forget those self tappers. The spider bracket should be fixed with bolts and nylock nuts. Fixed forever and done like it should've been done from factory.
Have to carry a big bulky 18-20vdc drill around with the smallest amp output. If i never bought the veto tool bag I use I would still be using the m18 impact yet the m12 hides so much better in the veto
My Smart Hacker is the genius we all wish we were! Where does he get all his knowledge, only the Lord knows. The great Hacker has showed us once again his great skills. You the man Hacker ! You need to get to Washington DC real quick and straighten out the mess up there in Congress, only you can do it !!
A bit of re-clocking....... remember when you had to that on some new car alternators in the past??? Fun Fun! Good thinking hacker... keep up the good fight!
I see no reason not to. I didn't have any on my truck. Without they shouldn't fall out yet loc time never hurts. Somewhere these screw hole got stripped
It’s rare the bolts come out. Someone stripped the original screws. Could of been stripped in the factory yet those didn’t just wiggle out. Yet as added protection you can always add blue thread lock seal. I am not saying my way is the best or only way. It’s what I did to get it done.

WOW that blower wheel housing went kaboom good video
Nice repair, no parts required.
I wonder how many techs just order a new housing.
Another great tips from mr.HACKER...THANKS
Hell of a nice job on your own! A little easier with 2 people.
Always easier with someone helping. That motor has some weight to it

They were tight I tried to rotate the bracket and it didn't have any play

Always wore and liked my backpack tool carrier. Customers always asked if I was going camping. Enjoy the view.
Having a tool bag that carries the necessities very needed
Shakin' & Bakin' baby! Thank goodness 12 volt drills, what would we do without them?

What about a 5/16” self tapper to start the hole then the 3/8” machine in a bind would that work
You do great work.

still do it when retrofitting a modern higher-amp unit into an older vehicle
Do you have any experience with Goodman residential units?
Good repair 👍
Great Video. Thank you for sharing ^_^. How do you check TD on RTU ?
Nice job ty
Can you use loc-tite on those screws?
I see no reason not to. I didn't have any on my truck. Without they shouldn't fall out yet loc time never hurts. Somewhere these screw hole got stripped
Hacker saved the day again👍
What part of New York you from
nice!
Thanks
Couldn't you just use bolts instead of screws with lock washers?
You could yet very hard to get your hand in their with the blower wheel in the way. My approach I believe to be easier on the hands
@@thehvachacker Tru but wouldn't all that vibrating around just cause those self tapping screws to pull/tear through that thin sheet metal?
I did this repair with a nut and bolt and it was rough lol next time I'll use tappers
