(I personally would recommend paying the $$ for a Prussia, but this is a good value)

Things that weigh more than this chair:
-A can of RedBull
-An iPhone 13 Pro Max
-A metal 20-side Dice
-Three slices of Pizza
-A paperback book
wow bro
But you know those ultralight backpackers will have an iPod shuffle with 10 audiobooks to last them an entire thru hike.
You might be able to save a bit of weight on your connectors by using the generative design feature in Fusion 360 :)
For the cross-bracing, did you consider using string/550 cord?
this?

Wow this is fun! I should try 3D printing soon for this printer.
As owner of the same machine triple check if the foot is up BEFORE thread the machine. And also grab and hold together the both threads at the back while doing the first stiches.
Haha i genuinely love thie channel and just rewatched your videos the other day!
Giving up and rethreading the machine is infact the correct process
I alternate between my cheap 2lb chair and my also cheap, couple oz foam pad. But this is actually really cool!
Pretty cool. Just curious - what diameter rods (O.D) did you end up using for this? And sounds like you ended up with 1.5mm wall thickness rods? May try to make one myself. Thanks.
Great video!
When you said "complicated pitch" you showed a Durston X-mid which is the simplest tent I've ever pitched (and quite a clever design) and while lightweight, isn't too "ultralight snobbery" and pretty affordable.
Interesting. I’ve heard good things about the space inside the X-mid, but didn’t know it was easy to pitch
@@CarterHurdhave you made the files public for your 3D prints?
You’ll get a lot more out of tyvek if you fell and tape your seams.
Okay, thanks for the tip. Yeah this was my first time working with this material, good to know
Can you upload model file
Nice i video. İ m not want spend 20 dollar for one chair. Now i ll build my chairs.
What are these ‘pounds’ and ‘ounces’ of which you speak? Are they magical measures from a distant and ancient civilisation?
first except for carter
third except for carter
you think there's a market for these?
Not at the price I’d have to sell it, naw. But if you got a 0.5-0.6 lb chair down to $100 I’m sure there would be a market (even with it being harder to assemble than the competition)
При всём уважении к твоему труду, какая же унылая хрень получилась...
Извини, но отпишусь. Принципиально из-за допущенного тобой такой фигне.
Удачи дальше уделять своё внимание всякому дизайнерскому мусору.
Nice beard.
Thx!
just change the abrupt ending of the video

I’m guessing you want more robot stuff?
My guy just hates chairs
