This is a play through for a song called 'Distract Me' by my new band/project called 'Dearest'. This is a project I started with Lukas Guyader and @andycizek and I'm really excited that we're finally releasing music. It was an amazing experience writing/producing/creating with these guys, and I'm looking forward to more in the future.

Love anup but this sounds like every single band in this genre nowadays, not just this but everything in general, it’s getting very watered down with the same rinse and repeat formula. This genre definitly needs a refresh with some fresh stuff and a band to come around and totally change it again just like periphery/animals as leaders/tesseract and few other bands did to bring this sound to be so popular and start this recipe. it all sounds mostly the same to me now.
Sounds like your snare mic is either out of phase or you rolled it off past 200hz. Mix is sound pretty thin and usually you're fairly on point.
