Hi Hameed: I replaced my 807052 relay board yesterday following your video and the process went perfectly! My oven is working perfectly now and the entire process took just 20 minutes, including a little time for a good internal cleaning. Many thanks to you!
Your video is among the very best that I have seen and I view a lot of videos as I am always engaged in so many complex projects. Your attention to detail, thoughtful details that others would not mention, make this video exceptional. Many thanks, Hameed, and best success to you.
Hameed, I used your video and purchased a used board for $75 as I wasn't certain it would cure the issue. A board like this new unused in Canada is $600. So I replaced the board and it works! Great news and thank you. Wondering if you feel I can replace the part that blue and that way I would have a backup board just in case. Someone suggested just cleaning it up and resoldering the joint. Its a relay Omron 047 00033 01 G8P UA 006201 0887H2 NO: 20A NC: 10A 250VAC
@@pierrekitts7089 if you are able to keep the part for your future do it , you can always find a relay to replace it . If you can get the whole board always replace complete board . If part is no longer available that’s the time you need to repair the board .
Hi Hameed. Great video. I wished I viewed before I replaced mine. I replaced ours because the oven service lights did not worked. After replacing the board the lights worked fine until we took off light cover. When I reinstalled the cover the lights shorted out. Again no lights.. Looking at old board obviously the board wiring fried from the relay to the connector.. Anyway, you have any tips on replacing the oven service lights? Thx Darryl..
Apparently, that relay number is obsolete. As can be seen, by the new relay board you just installed, it is now light blue in colour. Could you please provide the type or name of the product used on the board and its part number please? Hopefully, you would have another board that you could look at...
Excellent demonstration on how to remove it and the pitfalls to avoid! Bravo keep them coming...

I think the metal plate is a heat shield. Great video though. Very helpful. My display went out and I needed access.
That’s right . Thank you for sharing that. I forgot the real name for it 😁
Thank you, Hameed!
