That is a great compilation video GP. I know when I was looking at buying a tractor over 2 years ago, I looked for videos such as you have done here because it gives the buyer a perspective of the versatility that a subcompact and compact tractors have for a property owner. We certainly don't regret making the investment we did to buy our Massey Ferguson 1740M. A grapple and pallet forks are a must have. In fact, those are the first two implements we bought. Unfortunately, we don't have much use for a snowblower in North Carolina, wish we did because it is somewhat relaxing just watching that one you have work.
i bought same one and attachments as well after watching your videos on the 2610 , blowing snow in Winter , Wisconsin warm with radio was the best ever ! thank you love the channel
Have my BX set up with a fair amount of implements. It’s amazing what that little thing can do when you manage your expectations. Would love an LX for increased lift capacity but, I don’t wanna give up the ability to “squeeze into tight areas. The biggest problem with watching these videos is I’m constantly reminded how awesome the LX series is lol. Thanks for the video
Great content! I just purchased a LX2610 and broke it after 2 hours in the seat.... It's in the shop now but I have watched a couple hours of your video's tonight, hoping not to break it again :) New subscriber here, keep up the great work!
GP, I remember every single one of those video’s. That snow blower really throws the snow very nice. I’d say you picked the perfect size tractor for your property. Very versatile and gets nicely into tight spaces. Thanks for bringing us along.
It give me hope when I see them Summer shots but then it always come back to the snow blowing.....Hope Winter goes soon.....your doing all the work with your machine, and it’s working hard for you......CHEERS
GP when I decided to upgrade from my 3301 for a cab tractor I most definitely went with the LX 2610 watch a lot of your videos to give me a good indication to what I wanted.
That's all before lunch. Have the same tractor as you with all the attachments you have almost. Even the front mount blower. Have the backhoe with mine that I use a lot. It makes good ballast weight also. Nice video it really shows how much work can really be done with this size tractor.
THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO I AM JUST BEGINNING TO LOOK FOR A TRACTOR AS I AM LOOKING TO BUY A FRAM TO RETIRE ON WITH MY WIFE AND SON BOTH HAVING HORSES SO THIS WAS VERY INFORMATIVE.
Morning Tim! That's great - happy it was helpful. Lots of different brands and models now to choose from. Best of luck and congratulations on retirement and the farm!
We just bought a b2601! It's at the dealership getting the 3rd function installed. I wanted to give the ar14 tires a try, so they are swapping them out. Thanks for all your great videos. They were a great help with decision making!
Great Kubota Commercial Gord, they are awesome tractors and you have used it and shown how it works quite well. I am impressed how well you put the tractor to work and take care of it. Thanks for sharing with us. Fred.
GP, I have a B 2601. For me it was a good purchase for me. I think you chose a great up grade for your use. Even though the HP is the same the LX is a stronger built machine. The snowblower is bigger and the connection is better. Congratulation on the purchase! I’m looking to get a Curtis premium cab for my B 2601. The winters are getting to this 76 year old body. Thanks for the informative video! Wayne from Wisconsin.
You certainly are a guy that can't say, "If I only had a tractor"! I've found so many uses for my LX2610 that would have been actual "work" without it. Enjoy your videos.
How's she goin'? Well Gord, it's very plain to see you didn't buy your tractor to leave it in the shed. Nice video to show the many uses for a tractor around the homestead!!! Take care!!
Good footage GP, I always say, you should buy what you can afford. Or, buy as big as you can afford. You never hear anybody say "I wished I gotta size smaller". But today you can get a lot of work done with smaller tractor, only it might take a little longer. I've seen you do some pretty impressive work with your Kubota.
Ya know GP if I had the $$$ I would get a skidsteer, a mini excavator and a zero turn lawnmower. I'm looking at a B2601. All your videos have did one thing for me. I'm 100% going Kubota.
There are other brands as well… I have Kioti have had the same tractor since 2010 45hp and love. For me it came down to where the dealers are. Service long term is key for me.
Hahahaha....I was almost too tired to go do anything after I watched all the work you did !! LOL Great compilation to show the tractors versatility with the combination of implements GP.
I never realized before how quickly and often the seasons change up there in Canada! It must be exhausting putting on and off the snowblower so often! 🤣🤣🤣👨🚒 Great video GP!
Outstanding, Gord. Might cost me some $$, although my 2011 B2620 has been flawless & rugged. Might be appreciating that factory cab these days! Blessings from Central Oregon, RJ
Hi GP, Great video, taking us down memory lane! I've been watching you since the beginning, and love your channel. That lx2610 is a beautiful machine, and seems extremely versatile. I am envious of your snow removal setup! My big takeaway from this video? I gotta get some forks!! Peace.
Here’s a question GP. How do you manage your fuel? Maybe you have a video on this and I didn’t see it, but my property is 25 miles from the nearest petrol station (western Washington state) do you have a drum with a hand crank? How do you store and refuel the tractor? We’re getting the same tractor, curious how you manage this so far out and what is the overall fuel efficiency of the machine? I think it’s 7 gal of diesel? How do you get fuel out to your property? If using a drum do you go into town fill and remove from truck with the tractor?
Good morning PNW! Great question - I am fortunate to have a kind neighbor - Guy, who has a big tank and pump at his place for his tractor. After watching me use a standard 20 litre diesel can, back and forth to the nearest town to fill it and then bring it back and fill the tractor , he offered to let me fill from his big tank. :)) The tractor takes about 20 litres to fill. Hope that helps and congrats on the new tractor!
Kinda wish my lx2610 would have shown up. Kinda shows how good the JD dealer network is over kubota in the u.s. waited almost 4 months to not even get a date on the Kubota, called JD last week, and had my pick from 1 series up to 3 series, just had to have them sent from another kenfeld dealer. Pick up my 2038r tomorrow after less than a week wait. That's just because I upgraded the hoe, and loader bucket.
Great video, Gord! I seem to recall you also using the tractor to help with removal or launching of aquatic toys as well. Pretty versatile machine. At this point I can’t, for the life of me, believe I almost didn’t get a cab! Everyone warned me with all our woods that a cab would be terrible. Man, they were ALL WRONG! Cab may be the best part of the machine all winter (heat), summer (A/C) and spring (Bugs, bugs and more bugs). And in the fall, open side windows / rear glass and enjoy the breeze. Keep up the great work!
Enjoyed seeing the compilation of all your tractor’s tasks Gord! I’m subscribing to the channel in hopes of seeing more. I run a KX080 on my channel. Stay safe out there, and enjoy the rest of your weekend! - Samuel
Morning Gord, l’ve been following you since one of your first posted LX2610 videos. My big question, of all the fantastic videos you post that feature attachments, I’ve not seen the Kuboto backhoe. So why doesn’t GP have the backhoe in his arsenal of attachments for his LX2610? Thank you and please keep up the good work!
Great video. You demonstrated a number of different ways a tractor with proper implements could be used on a recreational property. Do you have a ballast box? One might come in handy when moving those large rocks or tree trunks.
Hi James. I used to, but I gave it to my brother when he bought his BX. I generally use the BTR or my box blade for ballast now. For sure - must have ballast when lifting. Have a great weekend!
LOVE your channel and the great content it provides, Dont own a tractor yet but looking. With the new LX3520 its supposed to have less whine in the cab more power etc. Do you see yourself upgrading? I guess im asking because I would imagine you could get a better deal on the 2710 plus not have to deal with that regeneration stuff. Or would you opt for the 3520 if you didnt own a tractor yet? Your thoughts?
GP, I have a Rk37, lookin to step up to purchase TYM 474, I have a little over 400 hrs on my 37. Watching this vid, You have done alot of work with your Kubota cab tractor and was wondering,....how many hours do you have on it now? Side note: 63°F sunny today, callin for 3 to 6 in snow by tomorrow morning! That just means more freeze an thaw, how bout yinz? Got mud yet? Lol
Very Nice Video. Gord, I gotta a tuff question for you. If you could only keep one attachment front or back of the tractor( Excluding the material bucket) Which would you choose?
LOL. Hi WR. That is tough. Grapple for sure for the front (winter would be a lot tougher though) and the box blade for the back. I could try to use the bucket and box blade for clearing snow as best I could and the BB provides ballast for the grapple as well as allows me to grade, make my forest trails etc. LOL. Tough Q! Have a great weekend!
@@GPOutdoors I have the same tractor as you do. I agree with the grapple. I tend to use my landscape rake more then the box blade for my trails. I don't have a grapple yet but it is the next thing I'll buy for the tractor. I am stealing your back blade idea as well lol. You have a great weekend yourself.
Morning Steve. It did. LOL! But wished there were videos like this on various different brands and models back when I was looking so hope it is helpful. Have a great weekend!
Knowing the dollar is being destroyed, intentionally, buying now will be WAY more expensive in the future, IF they even use dollars then.....fuel is being strangled to force you to go electric, so operating traditional equipment may become impossible.

That's gotta be the best tractor video I've seen yet.. extremely versatile and just working no jibber jabber .. love it.. Im sold...

Curious, what happened?
Great Video showing everything you can do with a tractor. A tractor is tool and not a toy. We all would lost without one.
Very relaxing with my morning coffee, Thanks GP.
Good day Roger!
