Rigg shaded Neil and Clarke for motm. The lad is outrageous. Played six for England in the summer and made it look like he always played there. I had heard about how well we pressed in pre season and of RLB wanting it all at a faster pace. But this was pressing with intent to rob and out play Sheff W, and when the ball was lost, they hunted to get it back like superior teams do. Is this the type of gutsy football that Sunderland fans go mad for. Yes it was, as tackles were were given roars of approval. Well Sheff W did show intent and confidence for 10 mins but on 11 mins Jack Clarke was about to pull the trigger was hauled down. Then Pat R wanded the free kick to powerhouse Dennis to head briliantly again, So we have DC and LO defenders who can score. Chris Riggs pass to JC was sublime since he outBannoned Barry B with the pass of the match. I love how RLB is just analysing and only concentrating on any little areas for improvement. Another test next week keep this up and it will be 45K every home game

Riggy was superb, in front of Browne, fromtoday, yes, mainly down to fitness, but Browne can come on against Burnley after 60/70 mins if we are playing well. But for Burnley don’t clart on in from of Patto with Burnley hunting down.
Great performance, fantastic result and from front to back they were all excellent. Good shout for midfield 3 but I'd add O'nien to them as well as he was also outstanding ❤🤍❤️🤍 FTM

Still need a decent striker through the door need a few for the bench aswell strength and depth
Getting Dennis back is like a new signing, it's good one of our strikers is in the goals, hope this spurs on rusyn to fight for goals aswell.

Yes well RLB said they will be preparing for each game differently.
