Am I the only one who prefers Senna over the sabre? In fact the sabre is one of the weirdest cars I've ever seen, Senna has aged well over time.

And looks like they just glued an old iPad to the dash.
I hate modern cars that try to work in touch panel controls and digital readouts for everything. It dates them horribly, in ten or twenty years this will look even worse than it does now. Keep it classic with dials and switches with understated digital components when it makes sense. Personally I don't want to pull up a menu to turn my A/C temp up or down, I just want to make it happen instantly. And what happens when this shit breaks? In 20 or 30 years will people be able to easily access the bespoke software that all these different manufacturers use? Maybe, but maybe not.
In the 80s and early 90s people thought their digital dashboards were futuristic and cutting edge, but how do they look in 2021? Looks kinda cool if you're into retro stuff, but otherwise it looks pretty hilarious. Same thing is gonna apply to today's cars in the future. As in the past, dials and switches will be timeless compared to this gaudy crap.

Ferrari (812 GTS, 812 Competizione, 488 Pista Spider, 488 Pista, 488 Pista Piloti, Monza SP1 and SP2, and the various heritage editions of the regular cars which are just paint schemes) and Porsche (how many special edition 911’s are there - to many) makes just as many, if not more. If anything, you could consider Mclaren more boutique which I think is cool. It’s nice to be able to have something different and limited to your specification. Just enjoy the cars and models for what they are, unique driving machines. At least with Mclaren MSO, you know you’re getting something unique versus other manufacturers.

i honestly like the look of the Senna. It's styling is radical and extreme and encompasses what the car is meant to be. A radical, extreme driving machine.

If I was ever fortunate enough to be able choose between the two, I’d take whichever was faster around the track. Horsepower bumps are nice but we all know it’s not only horsepower that makes a car fast & stable around the circuit.

Very big fan of the hidden gas cap, it's always been a pet peeve of mine when it's a shining beacon of asymmetry on one side of the car.
i think the perfect way to sum up its car is like this: Doug looks so relaxed driving it even for what that machine is hahah

The Sabre is way more ugly than the already not really pretty looking Senna in my opinion. Just look at all the extra panels they added, it looks extremely overstyled. On top of that, it simply isn‘t special: McLaren is unveiling another „special edition“ every 2-3 weeks with an incredible exaggerated price tag, so it won‘t really be worth that much in a couple of years.
Meanwhile: The F1 is having his father son talk with the T.50, and telling to show the McLarens how it's done.

Doug, the gauge cluster extends and retracts not swivel..definition of swivel ; a coupling between two parts enabling one to revolve without turning the other.
So McLaren basically said “We’re sorry you’re not getting a car that you actually are getting, so we’re gonna give you another version of a car you already have.”

So repeat that again, because Lamborghini has more cars, more exclusive than Bugatti and Mclaren together, and those cars that I named are modern ones, if we go 2010 backwards (except of the Reventón).... The list would be more impressive
I genuinely am proud to see where Doug is now. It really hit me, seeing how crazy this car is, even in a video with Doug getting the chance to even be near it. This is stuff people's dreams are made of man and its just awesome to see you doing so well.

That midnight blue 456 with 6spd gated shifter was literally my dream car when i was a kid. That color was incredibly beautiful especially with the baseball leather seats. 83k sounds like a steal to me especially since I don't have 83k so I would literally have to steal it.

Pretty sure 0 of those 15 cars will see any track time, if 50% leave the garage more than twice in a year I'll be surprised. I don't even know why they bother with a race mode.
@@UndeadFleshgod You can say that about any production supercar. People buy them to show off, not to race. All the modes and features are less about actually being used and more about "look what my car can do".
I'm very surprised they didn't replace the rear view mirror with a screen & camera setup - that would have been way more useful... and a great bit of tech to show off!!
