Before covid I went to the gym regularly for cardio and weight training and I had chronic tendinitis in several areas. When the gyms closed I needed to turn to different things for strength training and started outdoor running. For me pilates has been totally safe and effective. I am no longer on an aleve or tylenol regimen. And, I benefit from increased mobility and leg strength when I run thanks to your pilates videos.

Thank you so much for addressing a hot topic Jessica! And this is why I love being part of the UNLIMITED membership. Your message is real, down-to-earth and more than anything, talks about safe, and experiencing what your body feels like instead of what you want aesthetically. I agree with you, nothing wrong with having some aesthetic goals but ultimately, feeling confident inwardly about yourself is something that can carry very far in life. Thank you so much for all that you do Jessica! I really appreciate you!

I like your message about different body types and how we have to adapt to what we have personally as well as what stage of life we’re in. Thank you Jessica!

At almost 50 years old and having major body changes over the last two years and starting a new workout lifestyle this really spoke to me. Thank you for the good reminder that it is for confidence and health and strength and not just for looks.

Have you looked into rebounding? I have not been blessed with children yet, but I have heard rebounding has done wonders for mommas with different injuries from childbirth. There are a lot of gentle modifications and variations that can really help deep internal muscles. It can happen very quickly or more gradually depending on the individual. Of course, like with anything, look into this with your doctor who specializes in this and is educated on benefits of rebounding. You’re lovely I really appreciate your video! I just signed up for unlimited classes with Club Pilates for Three months. I’m already active but I want to make long term health and comfort a priority by doing Pilates classes regularly and really looking forward to feeling the benefits you described! May God bless and keep you and yours! 🤍🕊️✝️🕊️🤍

This is where i'm at now. So great to hear! I've started doing your hip, neck, wrist and knee workouts to help with injuries. I'm feeling better. I checked out some of your workouts, but i'm not quite ready for that yet. I really appreciate all you do. It's amazing, with all of your knowledge and experience. I wish you were here lol...many people don't understand how the body is connected, and an issue with knees can come from hips, or neck from shoulders. Thank you so much Jessica!💖🦄🙏

A very interesting woman and helpful approach to Pilates . I am a movement therapist and movement is based entirely on health. Jessica approaches the body as a temple which needs good health to keep balance. I appreciate her teaching approach and I seem to be able to translate her instructions into movement. Thank you 🙏

Thank you for being a role model for us - confident and empowered body is exactly what a woman needs!! My goal is to straighten my back and strengthen my core so the aesthetic is nice but definitely not the ultimate motivation.

Thanks for the encouragement to be realistic. I am 65 and pretty fit for my age but have seen so many changes to my body after 50. It’s discouraging to work hard but not see the results I want. I do like the other benefits of exercise and eating healthy.

this was so refreshing and nice to watch! I have an injury from lifting and im finding it really hard to let go of it. but this video made me realise my motivations weren’t whats right for my health, life is more than aesthetics!!!

I just clicked on your video to learn a little more about pilates in a general Google search. But I liked your workout philosophy very much. As a mom of 2 in her fifties, who can now refocus on her health holistically, because the children are out of the house, have their own lives, and do not need my full attention anymore, I can say you've convinced me I'm on the right track. I'm just starting a regular workout routine because a yearly blood test showed my bad cholesterol was too high. I've always casually worked out in front of the tv, just to stay limber, have good balance, and keep from gaining more weight. Now I have to do more, but I am not interested in the body I had when I was in my 20s, I just want to feel good, strong, move comfortably and loosely, and be healthy for a woman my age. I think pilates will be good for my lifestyle, and along with my workouts at the gym, I will be able to get healthier without having to take medication. Thanks for this video!

And the wisdom to know the difference
