In doing what you love is a stress reliever within itself because being creative allows me to think outside the box and exercise my own freedom within!!! There is no age limit to chapters in one's life to evolve and grow!!!
Lots of good advice. Please don’t forget healthy animal fats to balance your hormones! I’m 54 and used to eat lean meats but still was having health issues. Ad soon as I researched and realized the importance of high fat meats, my body healed! Never felt better, more energy, and lost the last stubborn pounds. Our ovaries no longer produce the estrogen we need but our fat does, so we need a little extra fat on our bodies, but not too much. Dietary saturated fat & cholesterol nourish every cell in our bodies-we’ve been lied to for decades! Fatty meats, fatty fish & eggs for hormonal health. Good luck on your heath journey!

I wanted to share my favorite salad my aunt and I love. My aunt is 50s and I just turned 30. We have been traveling together for the last 8 months. _We love smoked Wild Alaskan salmon or smoked chicken cut into bite size pieces on top of a bed of spinach and arugula or kale. We make our own guacamole (which serves as a substitute for salad dressing-most dressing have too many chemicals) we use minced fresh garlic, hot sauce, some fresh sweet onions, avocados, a little celtic sea salt light grey and fresh limes. We include some raw almonds or pecans (no oil, no salt), a few olives stuffed with garlic and always add some type of fruit most recently fresh berries and a veggie like truffles or veggies in season in the region we happen to be in._ My aunt is OMAD unless we have dinner plans or an evening event she will usually eat between 3 to 5. If we have dinner at friends house that will be our only meal of the day. I water fast 48 hours every 2 weeks. The longest I have ever fasted is 9 days. What I love about fasting is it is a reset, clarity of mind and helps me stay at 130 pounds at 5'4" and works well with my variety of exercises and weight training goals. Love your channel. 💗💗

I’ve been doing almost same as you for 3 months! Lost already 20 pounds , (15cm menopausal belly fat) last time I weighted myself (one month ago). I’m 56 post menopausal too! One day 24 h or 36h fasting a week and OMAD rest of the week. No carbs only vegetable and lots of protein . ❤ you’re albsoultely right about stress and clutter 😂I’ve been working a lot these days and it feels great!

I love all of the steps. These are practical, doable steps that seem obvious and simple but really need consistency and intentionality. I will be focusing on the whole foods step the most. I've managed to cut out a lot of the stress and noise, and have even started exercising regularly, however, I haven't quite gotten a hold of the food step. Thanks for breaking down the steps. Also, I'd love to see more of your meals. If you could share your meal ideas that would be great.
I feel your pain my friend. Have to start out slow. Take a day off to yourself to do nothing. Sometimes a good nap and relaxation can refresh your mind to become more creative about what change means to you in the moment. Keep your head up. ❤️
