Hi Joe Re/Max, the market here in Toronto is pretty hot too even though a pandemic. Multiple offers and housing selling 200,000 to 300,000 over the asking price. I had an office in Silom for a number of years (2007-2011). I normally spend my winters in Thailand. Keep up with the channel. It will grow.

Until recently, there was no property tax at all.
