Commander Cody, Captain Rex, Two Arf Troopers (I forgot their names) and Crosshair manage to beat Commando Droids with ease
@@dwaynesetiawan6529 yeah but they are elite soliders, being a grunt and winning a knife fight against a commando droid is a memorable thing and a great achievement. Kind of like a "you think im weak but i can kick your butt!" instead of "you think im strong and your right"

I love when they have random enemies just bickering about shit you wouldn't normally hear them talk about since you're always in a combat encounter with them. Very fitting for the B1 droids. The stormtrooper lines remind me of that one Mandalorian scene when the two scout troopers are just chatting on the speeders 😂

These droids are so adorable. Why couldn't the Republic use droid and Separated use clones? These droids look so innocent compare to cool clones.
They aren't so innocent when they're slaughtering an entire force of clone troopers or using a planet's native populace as living shields.

Because the Republic were the bad guys, so obviously they got the army of enslaved child soldiers.

There was also bats the battle droid. He got damaged in a combat and switched sides mid combat.
Lot of folks have people killed by separatists driods in the wars, there's a stigma that became rather racist adjacent even.

Thank god they didn't lose that aspect. One of my favorite bite is the trooper saying something about having the higher ground. And the one dude who, if he hits you, will just say "WHY DID I DO THAT"
I believe one trooper says "The empire strikes back!" at one point

they KINDA remind me of the republic commando super battle droids (god i hate those), but their voices are far deeper than here.

I remember that in the history of "very rarely boarding on pretty much never", only Phantom Menace didn't have them as the comedic relief we know them as in their dialogue but they were still not that serious there either, it's not like their dialogue changes them from being disposable cannon fodder who's only strength has only come from numbers, it's not like they didn't kill Clones all the time or didn't do anything in combat, they just so happen to be pests to Jedi like how most things are.
I've never seen a fanbase so opposed to humor like Star Wars fans despite humor and light-heartedness being one of the core aspects of the franchise since A New Hope especially since most Star Wars fans got into the franchise as children or young adults.
I hate it, such infantilization turning robots into cheap comedy relief, the clone wars serie is to blame for this

The B1 and B2 droids are hilarious in this game. Also funny when the B1’s fumble their grenades
the first time i encountered the B1s one of em fumbled their grenade and it really caught me offguard
Them fumbling the Therm dets are hilarious. Them chasing you with it are annoying
Honestly their humour doesn't usually hit for me for whatever reason, but they were really funny in Survivor

The best line I've come across in my playthrough so far, from eavesdropping on stormtroopers. Trooper 1: "My boots fell kind of loose." Trooper 2: *sighs* "Then get another pair from the quartermaster, Troy!"

Interesting that Bode is surprised that B1s argue with each other because he was a Jedi assigned to intelligence and wasn’t on the front lines like Cal was in the Clone Wars.
He was acting, ofc he knew. But his cover doesn't include knowing a lot about the droids, the case of most civilians in the republic

I always wondered how the B2 Droids acted in comparison to the B1s since I had never heard them talk. Just smash other droids out of the way like rubbish. I feel a mystery was solved this day.

At 5:45, that BX Comando Droid was channeling their inner Grievous. Seriously if the one filter had been used it would have been Grievous' voice.
The enemy bickering was one of my favorite parts of fallen order, glad they brought it back.
