Kaabo Wolf are my favourite scooters!!! But when we talking about mantis everything goes opposite....🤷 1.. How can this scoot compere, Blade 10, zero 10x, or vsett 10+ (21a battery)... 2.. I have IN MY HANDS, the upgrade controllers that give kaabo (ORIGINAL) for mantis and wolf X (from September 2021) they are 30a sinewave (THE SAME Blade 10, blade x) you test these scooters and can understand the difference, and they still use 25-27a controller (in one box) to 2022 model!! 3.. tires 10*2.5.... why...?? It's a 60v, 2 motors, scoot... Not a Xiaomi m365!! 4.. suspension still 2 springs (event you say that they upgrade them) 5.. front light.. Wolf scoots has the best front lights in the market and on mantis what is this.....???😤 Over all the scooter is perfect!!! You give 2000 Euros (in Europe) and you take a 60v Beast goes 38 miles (60 klm)...😁 Kaabo must take a Serious look to mantis scooters... Not only on Wolf models!! I love and Respect your opinion very much!!👏👌
Maybe it would make sense to check on the settings - were they maxed out? On what P-Settings did you ride? Scooters can feel awfully different depending on the settings and i assume you were just using whatever came standard (which would not be that good of an idea IF that was the case).
"....you'd always have stuff up the back of your shirt." My Wolf Warrior is more like a bidet 🤣 . Wonder if it would fit on the Wolf Warrior, if you can buy it from Kaabo separately.
Needs a rear- and brakelight on the rear fender. Needs an adjustabje stand. The front fender should go more downwards to protect damper and bottom of the frame from water and debris. And the horn that blows you in your own face is a bit weird.
How do you turn off the annoying flashing light while braking? It's not required when the light is turned off and you're riding during the day, but the braking light just flashes while braking regardless if you have lights on or not. You can see this in the video as well at around 6:45~6:49
A problem i had with the mantis v2 from fluid was the headlight wouldn't turn off. When you turn the scooter on the head light comes on and only turns off when you turn off the scooter. The fix was replacing the light board, same as the wolf. The V2 is sold out now, Hopefully it will be fixed in the next batch.
It feels bad buying any scooter these days with tubed tires or pneumatic in general. The high end scooters are all going with self-sealing stuff that’s a game changer. Changing popped tires while riding is the worst.
Awesome review! I’ve been intrigued about this scooter for a while, but didn’t watch video reviews until now. Also, this is my first time purchasing a scooter (I’ve been a bike person for ages) so making a decision has been really hard. This video made my decision easier 👍

But at 1200€ this scooter seems like a total no-brainer compared to the Dualtron Mini which has many flaws
What are the top speeds for mode 1,2 and 3 cant find that info anywhere I just got the pro+ minimotor but i feel that mode 1 is slow Top speed dual turbo was 23 kmh Top speed single eco 17 kmh…. I have the 35ah battery

No offense I get why people enjoy pneumatic tires and foam/tubeless but I'm really enjoying wide solid tires. Tho I get why they wouldn't work on a scoot going 40-60mph lol..

It pains me to look at how you guys ride with that throttle pointing up and your wrist flexed backward like that. I see that a lot in riders that don't know how to adjust controls on the bar properly. Your wrist should be neutral and flat at all times. Be an example guys.
Saw a video where the guy flipped the brake levers over and upside-down an it fixed the throttle angle issue. I guess it allows the throttle and brake lever to sit closer to each other and makes for better angle on the throttle.
Hi Jimmy...big fan...and great video as always...my question is...can you point me in the direction to purchase a Weped SST or FS Scooter...I can't find nowhere in the USA that selling Weped Scooters...Thanks and much appreciated.
Hey Guys, just getting into the escooter world. Any suggestions for escooter for extremely tall people, like 6'8"+???? Also, have you guys tested/reviewed any Apollo scoots?
They have the V2 in the 18.2 ah and 24.5 amp hour version. The pro models are the ones with Minimotors displays and controllers. The V2 is Sinewave vs Minimotors square wave.
Late comment for me, but I got mine about three weeks ago and yeah can confirm that my box was also kinda banged up. Scooter was fine! Been loving mine so far. :D Great rider, genuinely shocked at how awesome this thing has been. The brakes have helped me a ton. The fact that they're so powerful have actually prevented me from wiping out (also not paying attention to how fast I'm going but that's the scooter's fault for being such a smooth ride!). :3
580 mile update: Had to replace a flat tire, rear tube popped on me, still unsure what caused it as nothing was seen visibly punctured through the tire; verdict is still out on that one. The hex screws were massively overtightened, partially stripped one of the suspension bolts getting it loose enough to get the tire off. Same went for the hinge bolt. Once they were loosened and that seal was broken, it was relatively smooth sailing from there. Front rotor got warped somehow. I have no idea what could have caused it, wish I could post pictures of what it looks like, but it's kinda wild. Looks like someone grabbed it with some pliers and physically bent the actual disc itself slightly. It doesn't interfere with the riding quality, yet, but it's my next change. I tend to ride at full power a lot and I've got the lesser battery. Full throttle riding will net you around 18-20 miles, would be my bet, considering everything. I've personally gotten 23 miles out of mine riding at around 28mph on cruise control. I say I got 23 miles because it was nearing that voltage cut off point and sitting at 45v when I was still moving, but hadn't gone out quite yet. Headlight is plenty bright enough for night riding. LED strips on the underside are VERY helpful for visibility's sake. E-braking is kinda rough if you use both brakes. Often I just use the rear brake, which isn't great because of wear and tear, but it's manageable. I just use it because even 'lightly' braking with the rear brake and having e-braking enabled is actually pretty damn strong. Again, just fairly abrupt feeling compared to having it off. Gear 1 pushes you to around 17mph, Gear 2 goes up to 25-26, and Gear 3 is all the way up to top speed. I've personally gotten it up to 40 before on a flat road, wearing minimal gear, but it'll often just ride up to around 37mph without issue. Handles the heavier hilly roads here in Gainesville Florida. Wall of text, but I figure anyone that cares to read might find it useful. If you have any questions, ask away. :) Only regret is not buying the bigger battery version. (Though that can be swapped relatively easily, and since it was bought through FluidFreeride, I get it half off. :D)
I hate that charger. It's a bad brand/model. They always glitch out on what it thinks full charge is. I have 2 of them, 1 only "fully charges"(Green light) at 63.3V and the other only charges up to 61.1V. They are supposed to charge to a full 67.2V for 60V battery but they took a shit so I got me a new charger with a fan that truly charges my 60V battery to 67.2V.
The slow charger is BS. Lithium batteries recommended slow rate of charge is 0.2C by almost every cell manufacturer. If the charge process is slower, than the longevity improvements are negligible if any. The real reason behind a slow charger is cost.

Why haven't more people liked this comment? Isn't what I'm saying worry everyone's thumb up?! Not sure how anyone can skip past this undeniable, not to be ignored, piece of information.

Hi bro are you from china
Denver, Colorado.
@@freshlycharged Hello, how is this Kaabo Mantis with LT01 and kaabo electronics? Is it powerful in acceleration? That is to say, the wheels spin with a lot of torque or is it quiet and boring? thank you I await your response
Already got one...lol
does Andrew have an Instagram account?
There horrible flats all the time
He should he knows way more than jimmy lol
Would love to see the Pro version reviewed... check my channel for my Mantis pro 2 V2 vs a dirtbike! The reason its "quiet" is because the base V2 utilizes the hall sensors, makes it way smoother... i wish they would upgrade the pro 10 V2 controller to use the halls, its still non halled squarewave for my Pro!!my motors have the hall sensors available they are just dangling around (same motors)
