amazing video great work! i had some questions would you advise shooting in 4k 30fps or 1080p 60fps im using a Sony ZV-E10 with a sigma 16mm is that a good set up for real-estate videos? Do you sell any training courses?
Thanks man! Best setting would be 4K 60fps, but if your current camera can only shoot in 4K 30fps, then go with that. Just edit your timeline in 24fps so you can still slow down the footage to 80% in post. I'm currently working on a course to help others start a real estate videography business so stay tuned! :)
@@BestCutFilmsVancouver cant wait! i actually sold the sony and went for a Fujifilm xt3 so i can shoot in 4k 60fps now and with a 9mm laowa lens. do you think thats a good set up? i was wondering do i need a nd filter or a lens hood for real-estate? thank you
@@edi18912 That's awesome man! I'm not sure if your xt3 is a full frame camera, but if it is, then 9mm might be too wide. You don't want your shot to look like it's shot with a fisheye lens. I prefer shooting with a 16mm lens to keep my lines straight and not distorted. Yes you'll need a variable nd filter for when you're shooting outdoors, like exterior shots of the property. Lens hood, I don't really use one.
