It's so loud and crazy in the mall, you can imagine how amplified that is for dogs. He looks super nervous when it all hits him when they walk in
Even I get nervous and anxious at big opened spaces full of people lol I can tell he was on high alert for sure
I noticed that too, but as soon as he was in and there was no way back, he managed it very well and was sometimes also curious looking. 😊 But I'm sure he was a little bit relieved when got out
I tried to take my Husky in Walmart but he stopped mid parking lot and wouldn’t go any further lol
Even just watching this video I am overwhelmed by this mall

So nice of you to take your pony on a walk 💕
That's not even the biggest they get this one is 160 there's some that got up to 200, and the world's biggest is 245.
Lol
@@bobboby2400 San Bernardos are really big too, I used to have one that when he stood up he was exactly my size (my height is 194cm) he was really chill with people and he specially loved belly rubs 😊 although he always got really nervous around other dogs since he has a bad experience when he was really young, I took him for a walk and we found a pack of dogs that tried to attack him, I even had to take 2 or 3 bites to save him

I like to imagine this guy is actually very short and wearing a head cam, walking around with a ginormous dog.

Too much echo in malls. I was afraid he might freak out...
I had a huge dog n some ppl had opposite reaction, telling me off for not having him muzzled!!
There were enough muzzles in this video tho!! ;-)
Beautifully groomed too. Lovely nature. I say there should be more dogs around, especially the trained service dogs for hospitals, hospice
And every senior residents home should have at least one big cuddly dog!
Golden retrievers are my favourite!
I bet the image of dogs in the mall management heads is Chihuahua and Pomeranian, but now they got BIG Dane.

Can be true but also his/her hooman did a good job. Maybe enrolling him in dog classes?
Apparently It's a service dog, it's not for him to do this to anyone
and no matter how big a dog is, little dogs don't care
Wish he would've put on a helmet and rode cash off into the sunset to start a freedom dog village.
Is he friendly? "I would never bring him if he wasn't." That's absolutely perfect. I work at a hardware store and we are incredibly dog friendly almost never have a problem.
Never take a chance
Honestly everyone should ask before coming up to any dog. Never assume. We had a pure German shepherd puppy and some lady walks up, didn't ask started petting him I could see how unsure the dog was as he was in training with his coat on. After she left the owner told me how much that interaction sucked.

@@kyle7447 Well you can’t take your dog to a place with people if it’s not socialised
@@MrPatrickbuit I don't think "Socialising " is (only) about the fact "that people should be able to pet your dog" Actually i think it's pretty weird that people would come up to a random dog and start petting it (without asking in forehand). The way i look at it... imagine your walking on the streets and out of nowhere a guy comes to you and starts rubbing your back, shoulder and arms out of nowhere, what would you feel or think?
I'm surprised so many people didn't know what a great dane is, I thought it was one of those well known breeds but I guess it's not. This was a really nice video and I really love how to owner is respectful, calm, and educates. 😊

It is not bad to question authority if you have permission to do something also.
@@FullThrottleRacing535 sure, as long as question means, "oh, we got permission, are you sure?" and not, "make a big scene, throw a tantrum, and refuse to leave when asked"
@@FullThrottleRacing535 It IS bad. Questioning authority means you are in a way rebelling. And by rebelling there are basically 'no rules'. And when there is no rules the system collapses. And when the system collapses then all hell breaks loose.
@@StudentOfKnowledge21 You're wrong, as the person above you stated there is nothing wrong with questioning authority if it's done correctly. If you have permission to be somewhere by the owner and security is not allowing that permission to be granted, then that's not 'rebelling' thats the security guard being un-informed on the permission gave to you. BIG difference. You are wrong.
@@StudentOfKnowledge21 Also talking about all "hell breaking loose" about asking a security officer in a mall to confirm you had permission to do something is a bit over-reacting don't you think? we're talking about a security officer and a mall here not area 51.

Some people are visibly scared as Cash walks by, and it just goes to show you how little exposure people have to big dogs. I commend you and Cash.
Where I live it’s often the opposite. I live in a immigrant area where people came from India/africa/Philippines and those guys are the most afraid of big dogs, because they have a lot of experience with legit dangerous packs of big wild dogs. Where they get followed home and need to learn how to fight them off it’s wild.
It’s pretty much the opposite of lack of exposure, many have ptsd from too much exposure and see what they’re capable of.
(This anecdotal from my ex gfs family, my bros wife’s family, and my neighbours lol)
I love that he's so beautiful that nobody's even trying to pet him. They just know that he's too majestic to even be touched and they're just letting him live his best life. They also say a leader should be able to walk freely amongst his people. lmfao

The bigger the dog the more friendly. Meanwhile Chihuahuas are A holes!

@@chocolatmilk2041 You can clearly tell the dog is well trained, friendly, and the owner keeps it close to himself on a LEASH. This place seems to be a local mall and as we saw, already has some dogs/pets roaming around, which leads me to believe that people around that area seem to know that this mall allows pets. Everyone is very happy and curious to see him, which probably indicates that there hasn't been any huge incidents with pets in the mall before. That being said, if someone sees the dog, they don't have to approach it. They can keep as much distance as they'd like. Since the mall allows pets, I'd assume people entering the mall would know of that before hand and if you're scared of dogs then find another mall or again, keep your distance. I see absolutely no problem if the dog is well trained and next to it's owner ( keep in mind on a leash ) like showcased in the video.

Well said...so far we don't deserve them...we've got a shitload to learn!
Yes we dont deserve them. We breed the hell out of them so they look like we want them to look but their genetics are skewed and most have health issues.
No we deserve eachother i feel
@@amberheardsdog No. Have dogs committed genocide? Are they so prideful? Do they revel in watching suffering? There are many qualities that only a human, capable of high abstract function have. Dogs are functionally incapable of being as horrible as a human.
Now, the question of what "deserve" means confounds any discussion. However, in some shallow interpretation, humans certainly don't deserve dogs. Humans deserve each other. We deserve lying cheating manipulating humans.
Why do you think dogs deserve companions as untrustworthy as us? When they never fail us if we don't fail them? A dog's failure is a result of it's owner's neglect or ignorance.

His behavior was amazing. On point and so was the handler. Respectable on all fronts. Great job.
Also the fact he was wondering if the pug was a service dog before getting too close, you can tell he isnt the kind of person who would bother a service dog
But you didn’t notice how he didn’t get permission from the frenchies owner about letting the Dane approach his dog? You shouldn’t just let your dog ever walk up to another dog without getting permission first. Doesn’t matter how “friendly” your dog is, you don’t know the other dog and could be putting both dogs at risk which is not cool. It's been my personal experience, however anecdotal, that it's the bigger dogs that are actually more laid back (with Huskies perhaps being the notable exception -- they can be pretty rambunctious), and it's the little buggers that tend to be more nervous and vicious. Cash seems to be a perfect gentleman!
I think they're the same. The issue is since little dogs are more harmless physically, their owners never bother to train them like big dogs. Therefore their bad behaviors go unpunished giving them a bad rep. I got a Chihuahua that I have done a lot of training with and it's so weird to see people surprised she never barks and can do a bunch of tricks
The reason why is probably because no one really messes with big dogs, the reason why small dogs are aggressive a lot of the time is because they're small and easily harmed
Pitbulls are pretty aggressive.

@@KendrickMegaFan Not true at all but obviously it's heaven for gay kids just like a gay girl in an all girl's school.
@@jpapi2778 as a gay person who goes to an all boy school, I can defo say ur wrong. It’s more common to find Bi and gay people here than straights
@@KendrickMegaFan huh my brother goes to a all boys school he’s not gay and he has plenty of friends there that also aren’t that’s just a you thing 💀
@@hon777 or he’s keeping his sexuality a secret
The little kids reaction at 11:16 has me cracking up LOL 😂😂😂
On me he was so startled
I would literally faint if i see this kind of dog in front of me, my trauma of dogs can never be cured...
@@valze6632 shut up
Dat boi was scaaed! XD
@@valze6632 Yeah some can be really aggressive
that dog is built to solve paranormal mysteries
Beautiful gentle giant! He's adorable!
As a Dane owner, you get to realize that a common walk turns into a parade real quick
must be annoying man especially for your dog
We aren’t used to large dogs. My family always had small dog except for a yellow lab.
@@JT76912 Dogs are social animals & in general are used to people. Most likely annoying for people that don’t like attention. Many animals owners like to be praised for their pets. Many of us aren’t used to large dogs.
@@JT76912 I used to have a Doberman who was pretty big and weighed about 120, he would get a lot of positive attention when being walked and he loved it! it really helped his trust in strangers and people were so kind and intrigued with him
Can we just mention how having a beautiful dog is such a good feeling? Like when people gawk at my dog I always feel so proud cause you see how people live your dog like you do. It just feels nice and I’m sure all dog owners feel the same
imagine having a good child that's a role model for other children. It's an even better feeling.
@@HoodrichShinobi oh that actually must be so rad. I get unreasonably giddy when people coo at my dog, I can't imagine having an equivalent reaction for your kid.
Cash is such a good boy. Love him ❤❤❤
Both Owner and Doggo are so friendly and respectful.
Everybody there is so awesome, such nice people
Crazy how the dog isn't sniffing or going up to anyone, hes staying in his own lane. Good boy 🥰
Not really, early socialising will do the trick.
My rottweiler will walk through packed train stations with ease. He minds his own business. Probably a maturity thing too.
A well trained and properly socialized dog will behave this way 🥰
My mom's cavachon will try to follow someone if they don't stop to tell him how gorgeous he is. Got so used to everyone he met cooing over him when he was a pup he now gets confused when people don't. He's doesn't jump of bark just sort if tries to make sure they've seen him.
That lady asking if she could take a picture of your dog, aww! Such manners
Cash is the cutest dog ever ❤
very respectful doggo, not even randomly sniffing everybody, down side is people cant really pet him :(
Are they scary to pet or it's not really advisable to let someone pet your dane?
Edit: As a stranger btw not as an owner lol.. ppl might roast me saying why are dogs scary to pet?
@@Maple_Tachibana Nah it’s just bigger dogs are sometimes intimidating so you’re good
@@TaintedO_o I tried to pet a big friendly dog, he toppled me into the street.
Dogs randomly sniffing people is normal
@@Maple_Tachibana Cash might be either an emotional support or service dog, so it's usually advised to not pet him
guys please try to imagine that his owner is as big as the camera angle is and this is so much funnier
Omg yeah I kept thinking that
AHAHHAHAHAH omg dude you crack me up LMFAO I had to scroll back up to the video and I can just see his little arms walking the dog
I’m high and this was good
Small man walks big dog
He isn't a short guy...the camera is positioned low
