    Swiss Meringue Buttercream with Russian Nozzle Uses
    Ingredients
    Egg White 120 gm
    Caster Sugar 200 gm
    Butter 340 gm
    Vanilla Essence 2-3 Drops
    Method
    Take egg white and sugar in a bowl. Put it on the double boiler and dissolve sugar into white egg. Now beat this mixture and gradually add butter in the mixture. Also add vanilla essence while beating it. Decorate your cake beautifully with this butter cream using Russian nozzles.
