The Uxbridge (Dirt) Bike Trail?

Even dirt bikes couldn't ruin a great day in the saddle for a gravel ride on the Canada Day long weekend. It was unfortunate to see dirt bikes speeding along the trail at 40km/h. Yet, overall the ride made for a great day. The Uxbridge Rail Trail to Lindsay is part of the ‪@transcanadatrail‬. I would recommend if you are doing the loop that you carry enough water to get you to Lindsay. There are cafes and restaurants you can stop at before returning to the trail for the ride back to Uxbridge. For parking, you can park on the east side of the rail tracks in Uxbridge, where the Go Buses stop. While it is not advisable to park at the Second Wedge Brewery, it is advisable to go for an after ride pint! they have great beer. ‪@thesecondwedge‬

Thank you for this video. That used to be my favourite rail trail. Perhaps I should head back soon and see if it can regain its position.

@@cardiaccyclist7477 it really has a lot going for it. Have ridden this a lot. I just hope they address the motorized bikes. Simcoe loops had that problem too but blocked the motorcycles.
