That was an awesome playthrough, i never even seen or used that laser gun till watching these lol
I did this with one artifact. Basically you run around in circles (while shooting at the lost souls) the other enemies will in fight and kill themselves off
Technically this is MAP28. MAP25-27 are fun levels that can only be accessed through the cheat menu.
+TheSeriousCacodemon Quite right! I always thought it was odd that they put those levels in front of the boss level. They're normally outside of the player's reach, after all. But meh…numbers!
I just did this level with no artifact s or upgrade d laser where did u get the artifact s and upgraded laser

got this game as preorder bonus for doom eternal. i beat this today for the first time. still havent finished eternal yet tho lol. as a kid i got lost on level 1 or 2 i think.

Man, I always just whip out the BFG for the pain elementals here. Anything else is too slow to get through the wall of bone between you and the pain elementals, especially with -fast on. As a kid I never knew where the demon runes were, so the last fight was always brutal.
Say, the Archvile never made it into the game, right? Something tells me the mother demon's sounds were "borrowed" from what was supposed to be the Archvile. Think about it.
+M. Birchman I think that was intentional since in the story the Mother Demon was supposed to have resurrected all the demons previously killed by Doomguy in the earlier games, so it was probably supposed to be a more powerful version of an Archvile.
+M. Birchman Correct! The Arch-Vile and the Revenant never made it into the game. To me, the Mother Demon is an upgraded combination of the Arch-Vile and the Revenant, with her fire attacks and homing rockets.
It doesn't work for me. I'm playing doom64 on switch and I'm using the demon artifact and nothing is happening. I'm pressing the button to interact with the panel but nothing is happening. 🤦♂️😠
Did you collect all three of the demon artifacts? If one of the buttons isn't working, you may have missed one of them.
@@WhamNinjaMolehill I missed one of the artifacts. So I had to use a cheat code to beat the final boss. 🤦♂️🤷♂️
Just take out the pain elementals and that bestiary would be perfect.
U guys know Doom 64 is made by Midway an it was for the Nintendo 64
