- These are all the cheats I used:
IDDQD = Invulnerability
IDFA = Give all the weapons plus ammo, except backpack. (Needless)
EXKILL = Kill all existing demons.
lockmonsters = Freeze all demons. (You can find this cheat in the Features menu in latest version)
spawnthing ## = Spawn a Demon in front of you. Each demon has its own number ID. From 1 to 19.
You can only unlock "Features" menu by finishing level 32: Hectic or using a Password, which is:

A warrior that powerful and he's relegated to midgame boss status. No wonder he was the final boss in Doom 3.
as for damage the cyber wins but it's easy to dodge the attacks. the mother of all demons has around the same health but weaker attacks, but is alot harder to avoid.
I agree. I had a bad time trying to kill her when this game was new to me. Also, cyberdemon in this game wasn't even a big deal because I always could find a place to hide and shoot. Thanks for watching!

no problem, i've always come back to doom. real fact: The mother demon has 5300hp and the cyber has 4000hp. as for hit points on target the cyber deals between 160-240 dmg on direct hit while the mother demon deals 10-80 dmg. the mother demon moves exactly twice as fast as the cyber.

i like how the screen fades out just before the rocket hits you. I wouldn't be surprised if the ending to the Doom 4 E3 demo was inspired by this video.

I suppose the Cyberdemon wasn't the deadliest enemy in Doom 64 without a reason. He was notoriously a lot more difficult to kill and he could even lead his shots in some instances.
I noticed that its behavior changed slightly too, the rockets would gradually lower to the floor and explode around you and you'd have to watch out for splash damage, making him harder.

This is actually interesting. This shows that the Mother Demon is not immune to splash damage, hence why it takes around 25 rockets to kill it while it takes over 36 rockets against Cyberdemon. I wonder if they reprogrammed the Mother Demon to be immune to blast damage and see who would actually win the fight.

I think that people under appreciate the mother demon and the spider mastermind, they are both Great bosses, sure the Cyberdemon is the most iconic, however both the mother demon and the mastermind deserve as much respect as the Cyberdemon

Nope, as far as the hierarchy of the bosses go he's on the bottom. He's Hell's mightiest warrior, not a ruler.

Icon of Sin as the big ruler
Spider Mastermind tends to be the brains of the various invasions, commanding everything other than the Icon of Sin
Cyberdemon are mostly there to keep the lesser demons in line and act as tanks for the invasions.
In this game the Mother Demon replaces the Icon of Sin in the hierarchy.
The cyberdemon has defeated:
antlion guards
t rex
alduin
striders
half life 2 helicopters
gunships
all starship trooper bugs
etc.
and now the main boss? magic (demons count as magic beings) + technology = madness

Who would have thought the Cyberdemon wins against the Mother Demon? I sure don't.

So, the Cyberdemon still is the most powerful fighter in Doom, even your Doomguy you're playing is nothing compared to him. His weapons are more advanced, his got way more health than the Doomguy, and his power is far beyond comprehension.
The only thing you got and he doesn't is your intelligence. That's everything you can use to take him down - if you don't, you are dead.
Unless you're the Doom Slayer from Doom 4, or the comic's Doomguy with berserk on. In the comic the berserk wore off before he could punch the Cyberdemon, but I'm pretty sure he would've punched a pretty nasty hole on him if it was still active by then.
Those two guys rip and tear like nobody else.

Guys. I didn’t even need to use that for them two to fight each other. I own the Switch version of this game and I had them fight each other on the Lost lvls campaign Final Judgement Lvl of Doom 64. And Yes. The Cyberdemon is the real Mightiest Warrior.

I legit had to use an exploit just to beat the mother demon. In case you wanna know how just hide behind one of the things you can put the keys in and peek in and out of cover.

Eu já zerei todos os jogos do doom. Agora existe um boato comentado pela ID software do novo doom"Doom 4". Eu n acredito nesse boato por causa de 2 motivos:
- Quem fez o Doom 3 foram os fãs q trabalhavam dentro da ID software. Dizem q a empresa n quis lançar o Doom 3, mas os fãs brigaram e conseguiram.
- O boato do doom 4 foi espalhado em 2008, mas em 2011a ID lançou RAGE, sabendo q esse jogo nem comentado foi....

I believe that sound is generated by those flames that drag on the ground. It can be heard on any version of doom 64 - EX, Brutal, Console, Emulator..

Doom 64 used a modified DOOM engine but they didn't include all the demons.

Indeed. I believe that's now possible. I wanted to say a few things more, but I don't want to spoil your experience playing brutal doom 64.
I really didn't expect her to lose against the Cyberdemon. Eh. :P
The reason is actually simple. Doomguy have a bit health only to get ass kicked even by the Imp. So lot of other monsters can take down Doomguy really quick. It is still simple for more experienced players to kill Cyberdemon because his attacking pattern is still quite a similar and simple as for other monsters in original Doom and doesn't take long to learn dodge while we cannot say this about Mother Demon. Mother Demon however, doesn't dodge attacks so being infight between Cyberdemon and Mother Demon the winner will be so the monster who have more health and attack power. And this is of course, Cyberdemon.
This is why I also think that Doom is quite a realistic at least for an old game. It shows very well how there can be more colors than black and white only and how the winner may-be not stronger one always. :)
