Try and report them to their local government trademark/copyright authority. Fraudulent sure but breaking your copyright/trademark is what you want to go for, easier to stick than a fraud case overseas.

Your best bet is to contact the platforms that host the stolen content, rather than contacting the pirates and hoping they'll take it down. The platforms that host this content are obligated by law to help you. If you escalate a little or hire a firm to do this on your behalf, they will take the content down. However, keep in mind that this is a game of whack-a-mole. It's better to use the content as a "lure" and then promote your money-makers, such as paid workshops, etc.

if you didn't copyright the work prior, and are just relying on being the originator of the work, you'll have a harder time.
If you are doing this on your own tracking down pirated works, you will never get it off the internet. Someone else will just purchase and redistribute it, or use the prior pirated version to reupload. DMCA only will keep it off of mainstream platforms, that these types don't even use.
I'm gonna be honest, the free use of knowledge is a large part of the internet, and you will never get pirated copied off the internet. It is better to embrace/accept it and make it easier to obtain. People that pirate aren't doing so to hurt you, but to further your teaching, their own study, etc. Get behind it, and they will spread your name, and the people that see worth with finances to purchase, will. You will get more that way, especially if your interest wasnt only financial.
