If possible you go with a kick start and electric start. If possible you go with an open primary. Taking stuff off makes them lighter, faster and easier to work on if need be. No front brake either. Led Sled Customs made one that got ripped off, so other companies are making it, too. Putting an open primary on it is silly. It's impractical, for riding. What's the point of it?

If you can run an open primary you do that. On early model big twins you remove inner and outer primary. Makes the bike lighter and faster. This means kick start only. Basically a chopper is a totally stripped down bike. Never has a swing arm. Always a hardtail frame. Less is more. We did this to make them faster and easier to work on. We also made our own stroker motors. There were no kits back in the day to do big bore . We made most of what we needed. Then companies like AEE . DENVERS CHOPPERS . AMEN . PAUCHCO came along with stuff you could buy . Made it easier. Now there are custom long bikes. They are cool but they aren't choppers. Im building a 73 ironhead now. It has a weld on hardtail. Denver choppers rigid forks . Zero suspension! Mustang tank. King queen seat. No front brake. 21 inch front wheel. 16 inch rear. Disk brake on the rear. It's only a roller at this point.

Where did you get your sissy bar? I had to fabricate my own to fit the contour of my seat (sully customs). I like what you got though.
