BRO, THANK YOU for reacting to this beautiful song. At University I had a music teacher who I became friends with. There was a large number of try-out for Barbershop quartet singers. My music teacher and l were in the same quartet. In my conversation, ELVIS came up, to what my teacher said that he didn't care much for him. So l introduced him to the "new ELVIS", sharing my record, "ELVIS, That's The Way It Is, from the same documentary. "How the Web" is on the disc, along with many more. My teacher begrudgingly had to agree with me.

Btw, the original was recorded by British singer Jackie Lomax in early 1970. It was produced by George Harrison. Elvis' version was recorded later that same year in Nashville.
OMG! My favorite song. I was one that had requested it. That’s his alternate take one too. It’s on stripped down like that on the 2020 Elvis in Nashville album & then used on the TTWII album 1970. Unfortunately he never sang it live but there is a video he does in rehearsal in which he plays this on the piano and sings part of it. The TTWII VERSION has orchestral background and really builds along with a few more of his iconic whoa whoa whoas in it. 😂 I thank you for doing this. A much beloved song by Elvis fans. Wow thank you again for playing this amazing song can never get enough of Elvis though I get sad sometimes that he died at the greatest point and so much more to have come if he lived, just imagine hearing him in his later 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, Tom Jones is still performing singing and he is in his 80s I believe. But I am greatful that we have Elvis Presley video performances and all his songs which at 40 he made 500 or more I believe I listen to and watch him on TH-cam everyday and always amazed hearing his voice and his unbelievable performances he was Supernatural there will never be anyone that can come close to all around greatness and his Spirit and human being. Yes Elvis's voice got better with age you take hound dog that's all right Mama all the way up to my boy Oh Danny Boy Etc his voice just got better especially in the '60s after he came back from Germany I noticed how beautiful his balance were basically I was just used to his rock and roll and some some ballads but there's an old old song on his first album that probably was saying a dozen times before he ever did called Blue Moon and there's a vocal in it which I thought was somebody else singing and it's Elvis now on his record Blue Christmas that high is Miss Millie who sang with him for 13 years as a backup singer on records and one year 69 in Vegas before Kathy Westmoreland came aboard August 16th 1970 and was with Elvis to August 16th 1977 the little girl with the high voice but just find that there's Blue Moon of Kentucky but there's also Blue Moon in there there's this High Port that sounds like a woman but it said was doing the vocalizing but it is ELVIS try GOOGLE ask for BLUE MOON.
