This heist is really really good, overkill learned from the mistakes of Border crossing and did something completely different, instead of re-using assets they went from scratch. I Hope future DLC is like this or even better.
I think border crossing was rushed intentionally just so overkill could get some funds to stay afloat. This was probably top priority, just the border crossing heist being a mini package.
They did reuse assets for this map (from Big Bank in particular). But the issue with Border Crossing wasn't the fact they recycled assets - every studio does that - but rather that they recycled entire map layouts from Election Day and Firestarter.
Honestly the textures on this map were so big I had to download a mod AND lower graphic settings to get it to start without immedistely crashing from running out of memory. I'm running a Ryzen 7, RTX 2060, and 16gb ram. Absolutely ridiculous.
That and you can fuck up a few times before you actually have to restart. A single civ seeing you in stealth and you restart a 20 minute heist even on normal, while in loud you can die a few times before having to restart

El hecho de especificar Al sur de la Ciudad de México, ver la decoración colonial y colorida siendo un lugar muy popular por Frida Khalo, hace pensar que sucede en la delegación Coyoacán. Muy cerca de Ciudad Universitaria, donde jugué por mucho tiempo a este juegazo.
Honestly for the regular swat, it would made more sense to use recolored or retextured russian mercenaries and normal/easy mode swat, if they recolored them to use Multicam uniform it would make sense because then they would look more like the national guard and the army, this is because for higher difficulties it is shown that the police are federal police, the problem with this is that since 2018 the federal police were effectively replaced by the national guard to combat the cartels. It's not a huge deal but it's just a small gripe of mine with this heist
