Bonobo live sets, no matter who is part of it all, is always so unmatched and incredible. Every show is so unique and special. You always lose yourself so easily in the beautiful sound.
I saw them in Rochester NY of all places. I don't go to many concerts but this one was truly awesome. The music outright, but then hearing Nicole cover all the songs I knew with her own wonderful voice had me melt. Thanks for sharing this, the concert will remain one of my favorite memories of all time.
Nicole Miglis is an amazing versatile singer. Several of those songs are recorded with male vocalists and she performs them all with seeming ease. I saw this show in Chicago earlier this year and loved it. Glad to be able to relive the memories.
Hi Kevin, happy that my video can bring you those memories. It was my first time watching bonobo live and don't know about the other tour singers, but Nicole I think she did a pretty good job, as you mention singing original male songs
Thanks Edyta. I think this is one of the virtues of youtube, the possibility when someone is kind enough to upload their videos to the community, that anytime we can chase those memories
Даже не ожидал, что увижу Live #Bonobo, этим утром это стало приятной неожиданностью, да ещё и в 4K. Вечером буду пересматривать на домашнем кинотеатре. Такой жанр музыки мне по душе!
Amazing show! I saw them live in Toronto and they did not disappoint - but I found the vocals were really drowned out. They really should give her more volume.
@@liveonbootleg7337 it is almost certainly by design as dont think that Nicole has the power or range for some of the tracks - she has a great voice but she is no Szjerdine. Bonobo knows what he is doing, this is far from their first performance!
@@zu438 I suppose when you're performing often, with as focused of an instrument as the voice, it'd probably be more relaxing to have a lower volume. Good results surely arise from comfort, even if we do wish she was a little louder.
Her vocals were too soft on their KEXP performance like 9 months ago, this surely cannot be a repeated issue with sound tech and more likely a weakness of Nicoles performing. No disrespect, i like her voice, and when she hits, she really hits, but her compared to Jordan on Shadows is almost embarassing from a band with this talent
@@dipthongthathongthongthong9691 Houston was fantastic but opening DJ was not great, he was also from the UK but he repeated some tracks three times trying to use EQ's to create a different sonic soundscape. He was unsuccessful, he needs to put more thought into developing a set
I still can't get over the fact they took away Ten Tigers followed by Kiara as they did during previous tours. My disappointment was immesuarable when I got a chance to see them live for the first time back in April. Oh well. Otherwise great Bonobo as usual
Usually i agree with everything Bonobo does, but i'm actually not a huge fan of the horns over Rosewood. I think it might have been better if they were mixed a little lower, as i feel they overtake the whole vibe of the original song, but also they give off a major Black Sands vibe, which i don't think belongs on Fragments
@@piotrkoczar4822 From the set, the only song that she originally sings in the records is "surface". "No reason" is originally sung by Nick Murphy, but Nicole indeed does a great performance.
The live singer is great! She's so much better than that last live singer he had on his previous tour (black lady). The other singer was way too much of a diva for her own good in my opinion.
why does it matter if she’s black? bringing race in music. insane. if you meant “soul” instead of diva, u must be an old man or something talking like that smh

Bonobo & Lisbon PT = what a perfect combination!!
Absolutely right🎯
It was like one of best shows in my life. I was in front feeling each second, each song and even each voice.

Bonobo live is a religious experience
Absolutely! and fragments is such a great album, that is a disappointment for Bonobo losing a grammy to Beyonce on dance/electronic album 😡
