Lord of the Nazgul - Let's Build a $100 Budget Dimir Spellslinger Commander Deck

That awkward moment when you build a deck and it WAS under $100 but card prices fluctuate so it's now $107...
I really love this card. We've had a few legends in the past that made creatures whenever we cast an instant or sorcery, but this was the first one in Dimir.

You’ll wanna do creatures & spells that can copy your commander or copy creatures like sedgemoor witch that do the same thing as your commander. 3 nazgul is all you need tbh

honestly you do not need them anyway. just get all the cheap draw/ kill spells you can get
