thanks. This is a great video to know all the different communities and prices at Summerlin.. I first encounter with Summerlin was in mid-1995 when sent for a week for work during the summer months. Summerlin was just building and it is cooler than the Las Vegas Strip Valley area..

Loved living in Summerlin! I miss the accessibility to all the shops and grocery stores to make daily life easier. BUT I don't miss the heat hahaha

This area is an amazing example of a fails sense of security.
A friend of mine tried to tell me how safe her neighborhood was because she lives in a typical gated community without gard's. I proved her wrong by putting my finger around the locking mechanism of a pedestrian gate, entering her neighborhood and going up to her front door.
I then explained that at that point they just leave in you're car after robbing the house!

A gated neighborhood I don’t feel will stop crime. If someone really wanted to get in you could just wait for someone to come in and follow them in. Also the gates you can just crawl right under.
