Honestly the LG B2 is a slam dunk at it's current price point. $996. Yes it's an OLED, but LG is very aggressive when it comes to screen burn in. Also, basic common sense will help you avoid it as well.
You barely explain in details why you shouldnt get the TV, other than a vague "the quality to price ratio is not good".. I would have liked to hear your reasons
TCL makes some great TV's. I recently picked up the TCL QLED 65" 65S55 about 2 months ago and it's fantastic. Good enough that I picked up the 75" version for our living room. But then I decided I wanted to get back into console gaming, so I ended up picking up an LG C2 so I have all of the fancy gaming features. But to be 100% honest, it's not really that big of a difference than the TCL's I have. Sure, the OLED panel looks better, no doubt about it. But it's not as night and day of a difference as I was expecting, and the extra brightness of the QLED makes it a better choice for our bright living room. Considering the price difference, I think the TCL's I have are fantastic. Not a single issue with all 3 TV's, they all work great.
@Sawyer C. Thank you so much for this detailed response, I really do appreciate it! I've done a little adjustingn and the picture does look amazing. I played a couple of the LG OLED test videos yesterday and was blown away. I like the remote, I like WebOS, I actually like everything about it. My one and only real gripe I'm trying to overcome is squeezing just a bit more brightness out of it when I'm playing Xbox series x. I was playing MotoGP 22 last night and there were certain parts of the track that I had a hard time seeing that were covered in clouds. I ended up switching out game optimizer mode and going into Vivid, and then it was plenty bright enough then. I've been playing around with OLED pixel brightness, contrast and stuff like that. It's my one and only gripe, and only last night did it really actually bother me, it's been plenty bright enough in all other situations. Maybe I'll try disabling Dolby Vision on the series x today since that game uses DV, perhaps regular HDR will be a bit brighter. I was considering the s95b because of the added brightness, but all of the horror stories of bent panels and faulty panels have kept me away from that qd OLED offering. Tizen OS looks like a hot mess too. If you have any tips to squeeze just a bit more brightness out of it while gaming, I'd really appreciate it. It's an awesome TV, and I got it at a great price right before Black Friday, $1,699 for the 65".
Ooh! After discussing with other family members, we eventually chose TCL, who had their C655 series TVs on sale, and ordered a 55C655 (55" because our loungeroom is relatively small). I did want a QLED TV after seeing another family member's 75" Samsung QLED TV (though granted it's high-end QLED), but I don't like Samsung's UX and remote, and prefer Google TV instead. This would also be the first time I've had a flat panel TCL TV, as while I've used TCL TVs in the past, they were all CRT TVs.
Two weeks ago, I purchased the Q95T 65inch. It' a work of art all rounder! Lovely qled and closest blacks to oled. Flawless. Can't believe I paid £849 for it when it cost £3000 in 2020 when it came out. Finishing work a bit earlier since just to binge on movies 🎬 💯👍🏻❤️😃
My only gripe with Samsung: they completely abandoned native DTS support for all their TVs in 2018. My 2017 MU6300 was one of their last TVs that had DTS:Neo2.5 onboard. I moved on to Sony.
I got an lg c1 65" for around 700$ last year and it has been THE best tv ever for me. I do a lot of gaming at 4k with HDR and it looks amazing. I can't ever go back to LCD after seeing this.
Still not a single sign of burn in, no loss of brightness. It looks the same as when new just like my old iphone 13 which also is OLED. Had way more problems with LED tech
4K at 120fps said no game ever on PS4 Pro and on PS5 there might be a handful of games that go over 60fps. Is 4K @ 120hz really worth it? Is it mostly for PC gaming?
@@liquid79 it is worth it most of the next gen games are going to get those resolutions and perfomances plus vrr might investing in a 4k120hz tv with vrr its a must to fully take advantage of next gen consoles btw dont forget it requires hdmi 2.1
Is the concern that big if what I'm use to right now is just a 50" 1080P Vizio tv with base model PS4? Was thinking about getting the Hisense U8H cause that will be the first TV i could afford once i start saving up
@Shoes742 you're definitely safe with the U8H on a ps4. Also look into the TCL R646 which goes for $699 for the 65in if you want to save some extra cash. TCL is also more reliable then Hisense.
I have a TCL 6 series that has burn-in after 18 months, I would never buy a TCL set again. You get what you pay for, a higher priced TV doesn't always mean it's overpriced, sometimes it's just a better TV..
I bought the Sony A90K. Wow what a brilliant TV it is too. True saying, you really do get what you pay for. I don’t look for cheap when it comes to buying a TV. I’m more than happy to pay for the very best I can get my hands on. But hey, each to their own.
You aren't getting anywhere near the very best in that price range with that TV, no where close. Also if you truly wanted the best you can get your hands on you would have gotten the a95k
@@SPG8989 the a90 I bought is for our kitchen. The 42inch is the perfect size for our kitchen. We also very much intend to buy the A95K as a replacement TV in our living room, hopefully before the end of January 2023. That’ll be our first major purchase of 2023. I can assure you that the A90K is a really good TV. In fact in over 20 years in this house we’re living in, this is definitely the best TV that we’ve ever had in our kitchen. And we’ve had a few very good ones for those 20 years. The 42 A90K was the very best we could get to suit our kitchen.
@@SPG8989 the 95k will be my next purchase for our living room. The A90K is only a 42inch that suits our kitchen. We would never have bought the A90K as our main living room TV. But in saying that the A90K is a really brilliant TV for our kitchen. At almost £1300 it was no way a cheap tv for the kitchen. And it fits in very nicely too. It was a 42inch that we were looking for as that’s the largest TV that’ll slot in well in our kitchen.
I agree 1,000 with avoiding the nano series i bought it for ps5 back in 2020 and sold it a few months later . I went to lg c1 and just got a a95k for movies in my living room. Honestly i should thank that terrible nano with the worst ever local dimming because it motivated me to go oled And actually learn about TVs
What Nano was it? I have the 90 and I’ve never had an issue with it! The issues that others have encountered have never been an issue for me. At the same time, I’ve never been a, “tv snob.” lol
@@alexsmith6914 it wasn’t the 90 those where higher up than the one i had it was 85 i think , the one that was 49 inches. Trust me i came from an older Samsung that barely had apps on it but local dimming was way better on that tv than the nanocell i had. Those lights making lines on every dark scene drove me insane. I’ve always had the latest model iPhone and searched what screens they used because i watched more movies on it than my tv back then. I promise you once u go oled u will find yourself becoming a tv snob outta nowhere 😩😂
@@greekfreak384 I’ve always been worried with the horror stories! I have a living room with a lot of large windows. Pretty much it’s open to the world. They’re not really the type of windows where you’d put up curtains or blinds either. I’ve heard that in those types of settings, an OLED isn’t bright enough to compensate and that direct light to an OLED will decrease its life. I don’t know how much truth there is to both of those things, but I’d love to have one!
@@alexsmith6914 I’d definitely try it out of i were you , just to see. If i where you I’d buy it from Best Buy that way you can get a refund because you’ll know if it’s too dark after a day or so. I’m unboxing my a95k tomorrow when i move and I’m going to see how well it does in a well lit room. My c1 was in my room so it didn’t get super bright in here. There are some top tiers led TVs that can give you that almost pure blacks as oleds with very bright panels for sunny rooms. I’ve been hearing that the s95b and g2 are good oled panels for bright rooms. I definitely wouldn’t let that or burn in discourage you from trying oled/qdoled tvs
@@cavaleiro95 hell no. I have a 55” LED tv and a 65” OLED tv. They are by no means the same crap. If you want to believe that go ahead. I’ll trust my own eyes.
TCL has really stepped up their game in the past couple of years. They now can compete directly with Sony, LG, and Samsung. I wouldn't be surprised if TCL designed an OLED TV within the next 3-5 years.
Avoid TCL. It is a cheap Chinese brand with poor quality control, sub-par interfaces and underperforming screens. Just remember.. you get what you pay for. However with TCL, even their lower prices represent poor "bang-for-buck". This is definitely the 'low IQ' person's electronics brand.
@@barfolamule3608 We bought a 47" TCL in 2012 ($550) and gave it away in 2018 as we pulled the trigger on the Sony 65 XF90/X900F for a steal ($1250). The TCL is still running (10+ years) & its almost never switched off. Although I don't see myself buying a TCL again unless they do come up with new display tech, but it is a really good brand IMO.
I will take the Sony A 90 K all day long over the C2. The Master Class build quality and XR processing are hard to beat. Love the picture. Now I am not a gamer so maybe the C2 works better for that but for movies and sports give me the Sony A 90 K. And I did get a good price on Cyber Monday for it.
@@josephdubiel7129 In the 42" and 48" sizes the A90K OLED simply CANNOT be beat! To even hear the WORD "avoid" in reference to this TV is tantamount to blasphemy! I did many tests between my reference display "Pioneer Pro 111FD Elite 50" plasma"(1080p I know), the LGC2 OLED and the Sony XR48A90K. Out of all tests performed, the A90K mopped the floor with all other contestants... Now... Do NOT get me wrong, the LGC2 is a beautiful display and if it were not for SONY's offering of the A90K I wouldn't hesitate to buy the LGC2 OLED.
Very happy with my LG C2. Only mistake for me was buying too small. Redecorated the living room and now I wish I had just bought a 65" instead of 42" lol
With Samsung this year. The qn85c and qn90c use the same exact panel . U say don’t get the 85c but for 2023 the 90c and 85c use the exact panel. So for price performance I think 85c is better this year .
Unless you are greedy for "i have the best 4k dollars TV on the market" the q70a (75 inch) is pretty awesome . I bought myself the q70b (wich is an improvement of the q70a) after watching a moving at a friend house the black level is incredible for a edgelit ( and i was watching movie on a oled samsung so i know what deep black look like) + considering you can get a 75inch q70b for like 1500 its more than worth it for all the features it has
@@asole100 ok so what’s a good one with Roku ? I was told to get a Roku I guess , was looking at the Hisense 55 inch , was told now the 55 inch and above are made better with better things than the ones below 55 inch
Great video, thanks. But: I dont get the hate for the QN95B in US reviews. It has arguably the better processor, a better slim design for wall mounting, the better sound system and the one connext box. For me in Europe where it is available for the same price as the QN90B at 75 inches its actually a no brainer to buy it.
2:09 This video has a few instances of "avoid _____ for _____ because it's going to be a better TV," and it'd be great to have just a half dozen or so words as to 'why' these are better/worse TVs.
Thats fair, I never really expected this video to blow up like it did and I thought it was only going to be seen a lot of people familiar with these TVs and their technologies. I plan on making another video like this in the future but longer explaining more of the whys like your requesting. The biggest reason I say avoid something over the other is usually when there is a clear technology difference which equates to you getting a better value overall for example, there will be a Direct Lit or Edge Lit TV from the big 3 which is really entry level doesn't get bright enough for HDR at the same price as a Full Array based system maybe even Mini LED from TCL or Hisense which is giving you good brightness for HDR and you also get a deeper black level because of this.
HDTVTEST, Why has every OLED I have owned (3) have wavy screens? When you look at them from the side while off they have ripples in the screen and reflection are distorted. I hope you can answer me, is this normal?
My guess would be to deal with reflections. The rippled surface scatters the light so you don't notice reflections as much, vs using a matte screen. The glossy screens look so much better, but I have noticed the ripples on several tvs at the store.
@@HandWiredAmps The a80k I just purchased was really bad. It also had very subtle tinting running down the left side of the screen when displaying a full white image. After doing some research it appears this is a common issue on Evo panels. This was unacceptable to me so I returned it and exchanged it for the same model today. Neither of these issues are present on this new one. The panel Lottery is real!
It also very much depends on your circumstances . I have just bought a TV - a Samsung. Many reviews said it was expensive compared to other TVs, so I was looking at a similar spec Philips (a European brand) which on paper was a much better TV. However on looking at the detail there was no apps we use regularly or ability to download it (unless you use up a HDMI port for a fire stick). Which for us made the better spec TV almost useless. Luckily we got the TV down in price but don't assume a better spec is necessarily better if a key element is missing.
I bought a new Samsung 4k tv and spent more for it, it quit within 6 months. Went with a cheap 4k fire tv to replace it and I have no complaints after adjusting the picture.
Can someone tell me how often the smart tv system is updated? Because I have a 2021 tv with Android 11 but I don't know if there is Android 12 or more on smart tvs. I have searched for information about it but nothing appears on Google about how often smart TVs are updated.
Bought a C2, but I ended up returning it because a vertical line of stuck white pixels would always pop up. Pixel refreshing would fix it, but the same line would always pop back in and I don't want to deal with that all the time. Might try OLED again in the future once it matures some more.
Idk what u mean by mature more lol. Oleds been around for like 8-9 years. I own a a80j oled that I bought as a DISPLAY panel with like 3000 hours of display use on it like a year and a bit ago, and there's nothing wrong with it. I use it every day, and it's awesome. You unfortunately got unlucky and got a faulty TV. Happens with everything. I do understand, however, that first impressions are important, but don't say they aren't 'mature' when they've been around for a lot longer than people realise.
😂 Funny you mention avoiding the vizio mqx for 4k 120 performance but at the same time recommend the tcl and hisense that half resolution at 4k 120. What a joke! 🤦🏻♂️ Black Friday advice….. don’t buy this one, but the other brand that cost more have the same problem. Thanks for your expertise! 🤣 In your words and I quote “Avoid brand loyalty” 0:35 🤷♂️
I’ve mentioned the Hisense is half resolution at 4K 120 I might’ve forgotten to in this video that’s my bad, I’ll put in the comments this note about the U8H for gaming. TCL 6 shouldn’t be half resolution at 4K 120 as it wasn’t last year. RTINGs says the Vizio mqx 4K 120hz is really a problem and it has other issues. Not sure why you would mention brand loyalty here though the U8H is still good for the price hard to beat if you don’t plan to game and if you game just get TCL 6 for $50 more.
@@TechWithKG I only commented about the brand loyalty because the only reason you mentioned avoiding the mqx was because of 4k 120. You gave no other reason to avoid buying that set and then recommended the hisense that cost more. The mqx is on sale at sams for 999 for a 75 inch and I was thinking about buying it. Would you pay more for a tv with the same issue as another. The u8h is 1500 for the 75 inch. Which would you buy? 75 inch mqx for 999 or u8h for 1500? Or TCL 75 inch 1500?
I understand the point your trying to make. Brand loyalty is sticking with the brand regardless of the model in my eyes. Having brand awareness if that brand keeps having the same issues is different, Vizio has had many issues the past few years so before you buy I think it be a good idea to look into user reviews and forums on the MQX but the price for a 75 does seem pretty good but for $200 more I’ve seen the 2021 p series which would be a much better bet for a Vizio.
Damn you need to actually be a Rockit scientist these days just to purchase what should be the most unstressfull and simplest thing, my heads gonna xplode 🤯🤯🤯
Not at all, its really simple figure out what you need and find a TV that fits those needs, while it is true the best TVs cost the most I would say the majority of people probably over spend on a TV vs what they actually need. Most people might be fine with a good entry level TV. It goes back to how much TV do you watch and do you find yourself caring about image quality a lot.
I just bought an open box 85 Sony X95K for $2800 at Best Buy. I have another 30 days to return. Should I keep it or go for the 83 inch LG C2 or something else?
That’s why I showed different price categories to make it easier to decide based on that while still avoiding others that can’t match performance for a similar price
I keep buying the $268 58" extremely loud & beautiful Hisense r6 from Walmart. They don't last but maybe 2-3yrs unless you get a warranty. We've owned 3 & on all of them, the backlighting goes out. If it'll last 2yrs for $268? 4k Roku? I just throw them away & buy another 1
Stay away from any tcl TV unless you like to keep buying tvs. I had two of them that made it just one month after the warranty expired. I have hisense TVs now and haven't had any trouble in over four years.
Im just curious about, do the TCL tv's have a good reliability factor?... The prices of soo many tv's we think are a bargain, may have a less than 3yr lifespan.
I used to work for Electronic shop for almost 4 years. TCL, Hisense, RCA, JVC, Onn, Insignia and Low End Samsung Products are the brands that always go in sale for half of the prices compared to the other "Brand" names. They are also the ones that we and I always see being returned months or even 1 year after, some wanting to get warrantee from the store. On which some are rejected after it being to long. And yes those brands are cheap for a reason. For TV and Monitors. NEVER cheapen out on the purchase and never overspend. Trust your gut on the brand and watch reviews.
What about 43" with 100+ Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision for gaming and movies - which ones should I get in 2024? I have a flagship expensive Asus ROG monitor from 2022, but when I watch movies, there's a lot of local light flickers on the black stripes on the top and bottom of the screen, it's so annoying, it's like a light show at a concert...
Got the costco vizio v series 65 $399, our built in is 60" wide and I really wanted the TCL 70" but it was 1.6" too wide oh well. We don't watch but maybe 4 hours a week so we don't really care about all the top end stuff we hardly use it but it does have dolby vision and processes every audio format over optical so that will work
I got the LG B2 55” OLED for 900 dollars it’s not a top of the line OLED from LG but what a deal. OLED is the best experience on the market and is the best in quality over any of those 500 to 200 dollar TVs. Instead of dropping 1k dollars on a LED set just buy an OLED.
My LG broke so just bought the LG Qned81 50" then I find out its edge lit and can't cancel on LG's store. I will use it as a bedroom TV if it's not up to what my broken LG is, that had hundreds of back lit LEDs strange how they make their 50" worse.
Yup, I baught a 42" Telefunken for about 180 USD on special about 10 years ago and its still going despite ppl telling me its going to konk out after 2 years cos of the brand. The only issue is the fade which started happening after roughly 4 years but that's thankfully not getting any worse so I'm ok with it. Only looking to upgrade since I want a dedicated monitor for television while I keep this one as my monitor for the PC
I'm looking for the best in value and performance for a 85", using basically for a monitor. I have a Denon receiver with a Polk speaker bar and Klipsch towers. All of my tv viewing is movies and streaming channels. I have it paired with an Apple TV. I have a LG 75" several years old and am wanting to upgrade to a 85" on the wall. What would you recommend ?
Hello i'im in Europe 🇪🇺 summer sales are starting I'm really sold of the ambilight but im on a budget 500-800$ top what model you would recommand in general in that (looking for a 42 /43 inch, well not many choices in that size ) oled even from 2020/21 at first glance seems out of reach but since you're a (American 🇺🇸 ) specialist you could orient/link me a bit /somewhere ? Also should I sacrifice ambilight for a better tv (samsung qled looks better, but on internet) nits and motion are quite important, I don't game but this was the main flaw of my cheap TCL (BIG MISTAKE 55" is so enormous and the VA panel was terrible) ✌️ Because Philips seems to have no in between it's either 500$ or jumping to 1000$ (oled) Since there are so many refs in LED panels I'm a little lost Thanks you if you read this comment, and dont elaborate it's work typing a lot just need a ref or a link who comes to your mind ;) Ps : quite a bright room with white (fancy Europeans ) walls, so idk if 500 nits is enough for casually viewing a football match (the lame European version hehe so soccer) for exemple or tennis , the tour de France etc Well you get it face paced content with a little ball 😅
KG I just purchased the qn90b 43 for my office. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow. I'm gonna use it for pc work, ps5 and streaming. My main driver has been the c7 65 for the last 3 years. I've never had a Samsung before. Can you please tell me the difference of pc mode vs game mode? Can they be engaged at the same time? What mode should I have the qn90b in when I'm using it for windows pc work? Thank you.
I’m still getting the LG QNED85 77” at Costco that looks like my budget for 1Gaming 2Movies. Is there a alternative for that price KG? My last tv was from Circuit City sooo😹😹
Not a bad deal since your gaming at the price point it might be the right choice, just be sure to look into the user reviews for any concerns on the screen as I’ve heard some mixed results but could just be typical panel lottery.
Thank you for the video. The prices listed in this video are insane compared to what we get here. Over here the C2 and S95B are almost the same price. Which one do you recommend getting for regular TV watching/streaming?
@@azerogliev6520 this was back in my early days of research. Surprisingly the cost of the C2 is slightly higher here. I ended up opting in for the S95B. I have no major regrets apart from a few niggly issues with the Tizen OS.

Hisense TVs are terrible for PC displays because of the forced image scaling in PC/game mode with "high refresh rate" mode enabled. It's 100% a firmware thing but they seem uninterested in fixing it. Also they're actually using 1.8 gamma when you set the gamma to 2.2, a gamma test pattern will clearly show this.
check out the sony x85k. Its been in my radar because of being the only latest tv at 43 inch with 120 hz 4k. No doubt its pricey. But hell I'd take this as a bedroom tv than anything over 50 inch for the sake of saving space. Its also the cheapest tv model with flicker free tech and 0 hz backlight flickering so your eyes will thank you. Most tvs have over 600hz flickering every second which causes headaches just as a heads up if your sensitive to stuff like this as I am.
I have a TCL 6 Series in my bedroom and an LG C1 in my living room. I’ll say having an OLED makes me never want to go back to anything else it’s just that good. Even my 6 series PQ seems lacking now 😂 almost thinking about getting the C2 for the living room and putting the C1 in the bedroom in place of it
I do not recommend the Hisense U8H it is full of bugs and dolby vision is flawed with issues on netflix , hbo max and other streaming service is very poor quality.
Buy a 120hz TV if you can afford it. 4K is a nice bonus but not a huge deal breaker innmy opinion, especially if you're going to use it for console gaming.
@@TechWithKG the only issue is what size. I feel like 55 inch is perfect without sacrificing anything as far as performance on games lol. Besides I sit close to my tv anyway. Not super close but probably closer than I should lol
I love oled for just about everything. I got a 77" lg b2 for my tv and a 48" lg c2 for my gaming at my desk PC/PS5. Both are beautiful and were great deals, I couldn't be happier.
Since I wasn’t going to game much on my living room tv I went with the 55” B2 since it’s last years model I saved about 1k dollars used the extra cash to buy longer warranty and I just watch movies on it the occasional you tube and Netflix and I’m pretty happy.
Looking at the 65 inch LG qned85 from Costco..... good deal?? I know it's a panel lottery. Or just go with the U8H? Mostly streaming but some gaming. Also have the Sonos Arc.
I've had multiple TCL tvs and frankly I think they're junk. None of them lasted more that a few years before they quit working. They are cheaper for a reason. Not because they're just nice guys trying to be competitive. The quality in parts and performance is not up to par. You put them side by side and you'll see the difference quickly. Especially the LG C2. If your looking for cheap to meet a budget, then yes they're great. I think it'd be worth it to just save up a bit longer tho.
I will wait until 2024, for MLA to be implemented in C and perhaps B-model as well and then there will be the important blue pholed upgrade, blue for now is a weakness, even in QD-OLED.
Today I bought a Hisense 58” Quantum Dot ULED. Do you guys think I will be able to have a noticeable difference in picture quality over my current TCL 65” UHD? I was really looking for some of the best picture I could get under 1000$. Did I do okay? Will it be better than my current UHD?
What would be the best TV in a 40"? I would have to buy it from Walmart. For around three hundred dollars or less. As there is no Best Buy near where I live. Thanks for your support.
well you can order the TV like most people, you don't have to go to a store. also they don't make TV under 50" very commonly nowadays. my personal recs for you would the the 50" Hisense U6H at $399 or the 50" TCL 5-series at $379.
Samsung great value is when at the price to performance when you add Game Pass built-in, and the control remote controller that doesn't require a battery placement and Q80b above average speakers built in

ROFL it's a pretty good rule to avoid Vizio because a similarly priced TCL will not only perform better but will last longer. Sad times for Vizio
Sad times indeed FOMO we need a shift at Vizio HQ so things can get corrected but I fear it won’t change anytime soon.
I have to agree with you Fomo sadly.
@@TechWithKG Yes something needs to be done at Vizio

Basically don’t buy any tv
It's just me but If I'm spending over $1K, I can't see myself going with a TCL or Hisense...🤷♂️
I agree. I’ve heard plenty of stories with TCL and Hisense TVs going out in a couple years.

Well just wait until the warranty is up on those tcl TVs.

Neither of these issues are present on this new one. The panel Lottery is real!
This is a common issue with a lot of OLED panels that aren’t QD-OLED unfortunately. Glad you ended up with a good panel.
"buy this because i say so" is always great advice, thanks
What do you think about Samsung Q7200B ?
I decided to watch my old 32 inch tv. Thanks.

Also should I sacrifice ambilight for a better tv (samsung qled looks better, but on internet) nits and motion are quite important, I don't game but this was the main flaw of my cheap TCL (BIG MISTAKE 55" is so enormous and the VA panel was terrible) ✌️
Because Philips seems to have no in between it's either 500$ or jumping to 1000$ (oled)
Since there are so many refs in LED panels I'm a little lost
Thanks you if you read this comment, and dont elaborate it's work typing a lot just need a ref or a link who comes to your mind ;)
Ps : quite a bright room with white (fancy Europeans ) walls, so idk if 500 nits is enough for casually viewing a football match (the lame European version hehe so soccer) for exemple or tennis , the tour de France etc
Well you get it face paced content with a little ball 😅
I'm considering getting 65 inch qn90b in uk but I've read about local dimming bug etc. Has this been fixed or is it still a problem?
Fixed
@@christophermartin1472 Thanks. Would you recommend the qn90b tv?
But yeah I 100% recommend lol
Ordered it from Samsung for £1399 with a free soundbar. Should be about £1200 after cashback also :D
I’ve enjoyed every Sony I have purchased. Been disappointed the few times I bought a different brand.
Soy español y solo hablo español. Pero me encanta cada modelo de Sony que he usado.
I have the qn85c qled 55'' for 800€ and it's a good tv I will never change !
I have a samsung q70a and Im happy with it 🤷 according to rtings its a very good tv for its price
Thank you for the video. The prices listed in this video are insane compared to what we get here.
Over here the C2 and S95B are almost the same price. Which one do you recommend getting for regular TV watching/streaming?
S95B
Are you joking? S95B is 10 times better in every way imaginable.
@@azerogliev6520 this was back in my early days of research. Surprisingly the cost of the C2 is slightly higher here. I ended up opting in for the S95B. I have no major regrets apart from a few niggly issues with the Tizen OS.
@@azerogliev6520 With no Dolby Vision? No thanks! Deal breaker for anyone who watches movies and knows what DV brings to the table. I got the S95B for $1200 65” literally just gave it to my neighbor and purchased a new 77” G2

I'm a Sony 'Fan Boy" Admitting but my Budget is the entry level So The Hisense U6G is the Way to go Good information thanks
check out the sony x85k.
Even my 6 series PQ seems lacking now 😂 almost thinking about getting the C2 for the living room and putting the C1 in the bedroom in place of it
Im looking at an OLED but the only one I can find is only 60hz idk if that worth it?
@@sonnychiba8838 same
Sell the TCL 6 series to me
@@dlsrudeboy8658 I ended up getting the tcl 6 series and I'm very happy with it
@@sonnychiba8838 if you look at the LG C1, C2, etc they are all 120hz with hdmi 2.1
Is Sony x90k 85 inch full array good?
Hi, this Sony Bravia KD-55X85L tv it is good for ps5 ?
what camera and lens are you using to flim this video ?
Sony A7C 18mm 1.8 lens
Awesome video thanks for sharing. Will a Smart TV work with DSL Internet? Thank you.
Thanks, I don’t see why not.
2023 Black Firday TCL 5 series has been killed and is replaced with the Roku Plus Series sold only at Best Buy. :(
How do you feel about the 43" Samsung q60b at 498€? I just got it and I don't have complaints yet, what's exactly wrong with it?
Whats wrong is that its not expensive enough to be a good tv ( oh and its not an LG tv 🤣🤣🤣)
TCL 6 series is what I’m thinking about getting. It’s for my Ps5
Pretty good choice for PS5
C2 or s95b for gaming/sport watching, which would you recommend?
I bought the C2 2 days ago and loved it.
C2 is dim lit, yall hype it too much. Qn90b looks better.
95 kills the c2 in gaming
S95B hands down. It's in a different league.

Looking at the 65 inch LG qned85 from Costco..... good deal?? I know it's a panel lottery. Or just go with the U8H? Mostly streaming but some gaming. Also have the Sonos Arc.
Check out the price drop on the 65 inch lg C1 $1299 howl.me/ciy4vju0YdI at Best Buy (affiliate link)
@@TechWithKG hisense 65A85HTUK any good can't find any reviews
I couldn't find a link to the tcl 5 series, Im presuming it a US model number as Im UK
I think it'd be worth it to just save up a bit longer tho.
toshibas are great even the cheap end. They give them a glossy cover makes colors look great and this is just a basic 4k led nothing else.
Will it be better than my current UHD?
only you can tell the difference and if you don't feel the difference : don't waste your money.
TCL '98 baby Got my eye on!!. Have the LG '86 now was $999 Costco last year,, gotta step up soon😂
Saw it is 3k thats a great price its nice to see bigger TVs getting cheaper.
Instead TV, I purchase a projector....thanks for the video!
What kind?
Im about to buy the x85k for PS5 and price for a 120hz on a budget rn, i have a samsung 7 series at the moment
Samsung great value is when at the price to performance when you add Game Pass built-in, and the control remote controller that doesn't require a battery placement and Q80b above average speakers built in
