How to install base trim and the coping saw HACK

I have a 10in miter saw What should I do my miter saw can't cut baseboard upward...

If your miter saw bevels, then you can lay the trim down and cut it with the bevel function

Just add wings to your fence so that the material is being cut closer to the center of your blade and it will cut base vertically. I made the wings for my 10" miter saw with plywood scrap and recycled wood screws.
