We are free in Christ, but we have to practice living in that freedom. I have to take it day by day trusting in God to get me to the other side. I am growing!

I can not be sad when a brother or sister passes away. We had one pass away the other day of cancer. Some was sad for him me i rejoiced. Because he is now in heaven with Christ worshipping him at his feet.

I remember when this song first came out. I loved it then and even more now. I had not heard it in years until today. I’m a grown man, but wept like a little baby hearing it again. To know the love of Christ is not an intellectual understanding, but instead when we are in the presence of somebody who just loves others, who exude kindness, who see you, who ponder things expressed verbally or non-verbally, and touch others by their spirit the things of Christ in such a natural manner that you feel loved, heard and understood that you don’t even realize you’re being discipled at the time.
As you say, not a lecture, but an entering into others lives to encourage, support, pray, or a sharing of words that were a response to help us feel an essence of the love of Jesus; something we recognize as a happenstance ordinary encounter that later we might recognize as an antidote portion of a marvelous testimony later in life.
Our encounters with others should be nothing to be shared or said that is contrived, forced, or sold, but instead personal exchanges and encounters in the most natural and normal kind of way towards someone who may have felt broken, hurt or discouraged - but in some way by our encounter with them they felt the love of Christ; a Mustard seed moment.
May God give us all opportunities to serve and be Christ love by willingly reaching out to others a simple kindness, and be a shining light of Christ wherever we are in our everyday encounters.

It's a whole lot easier if you give it all to Him, all your burdens, cares, hurts, everything. Give up but give it to Him, the Lord and ask daily, cry out daily for his forgiveness, his help, his mercy. He is SO GOOD SO LOVING AND SO FORGIVING, be his child and ask him to take care of you all the time. If you do this from your heart He will do it for you and never ever leave you no matter what you do if you cry out to Him. Father God, the Lord Jesus.

I remember when this song first came out. I loved it then and even more now. I had not heard it in years until today. I’m a grown man, but wept like a little baby hearing it again. So grateful to have God in my life. I was diagnosed with cancer in July of 2020. Here I am in 2023 and cancer free. Prayer is a very powerful thing.
