Great job! We really enjoyed the video. We’re looking to build in NGA as well. Interested in learning more about ICF- why you chose it, who you used and the cost.

I am interested in knowing a little more about why you chose to wrap the ICF in ZIP sheathing and a few other specific questions. Great looking build and happy you were able to exit the rat race. If there is a way to connect I would like to pick your brain about a few things as we are getting ready to start a very similar build in VA.

Thanks for the comment. I only used zip on the front wall where we had the metal. This was to provide more surface area to attach the material. Would be glad to chat. You can reach out to me directly by email johnwolson79@gmail.com.

Thanks for sharing. Reason dirt wasn’t used for another foot/two before the gravel for cost?

My question is why only one level? Could’ve had a great basement as well? Just saying.

been waiting on a cost breakdown the storage facility stinks but looks like you have something to hide the majority of it.

why did you need to fill it with gravel and not use the space otherwise ?

You have huge heat loss by not insulating slab. Should have thermal brake under and on edge of at least 2” Styrofoam insulation

Awesome build but the cost per sq/ft must have been off the charts. Shitty deal on neighbors too
