@@KettlebellQuickies In my opinion, almost anything with a kettlebell is useful and aesthetic...and anything from the upper midwest is definitely aesthetic. Since infrastructure is one of my hobbies the train was like the cherry on top
After getting over some sickness and recovering from Spartan Race training this weekend, I don’t think I’m ready to jump into Fight Club this week. Therefore, I did this quickie today. It’s a good one!
Looks fun. I do barbell strength training (Wendler's 5/3/1 Boring But Big to be specific) and I love it. I absolutely abhor running, walking, etc but I want to add some cardio using kettlebells. Knowing all this, how many times per week do you recommend layering the Holy Fiver in?
Been mine for years as well. Lots of way to intelligently vary it, as well, just to keep things interesting. Ever try laddering the reps? Happy training 💪
