    Really enjoying your channel. I went straight to Amazon after watching this to order your book 'Strong On' but in the UK it's not available until December 17th. PERFECT for Christmas to get straight into working off the holiday excess!!!

    Started working the Humane Burpee into my workouts last week. It definitely gets the heart pumping.

    I stopped working out for some time because I was focused on other things and I lost too much weight.
    I declare that I will start with kettlebells today focusing on squats, swings and overhead press.
    I want to be able to snatch my 20kg bell eventually so that I can incorporate it as 4th exercise

    I've been enjoying using kettlebells for the last couple months, but am still unsure on which "basic" exercises I should stick to, on a really long term (life) I am basically rock climbing 2/3x times a week and Badminton 1/2x a week, I saw Kettlebell exercising as an interesting fast and clean way to train the whole body in a session, still unsure on what I should do... right now I'm doing a circuit of Single Kettlebell Windmills, Halo rotations and then Double kettlebells Clean and Press and Front Squats, would that be enough of a full body workout?

    Nice work! Why such an oversized shirt? Does not inspired the lean or jacked effects that one can earn from kettlebells or your workouts.

      why not? the shirt can always come off. plus, it's comfy.
