Thank you. I was never clear on if the slip stitch was counted as the first chain when counting. Like someone would say, "chain 11" and i just thought, "is the slip stitch one? Or zero?"
I made my first granny square by watching this video. It was so helpful. I would just need to know how to tie it off at the end. Do I just put a regular knot in it?
Do you have a video that shows this with changing colors. I’m making a blanket with 4 rows of one color alternating. I’ve watched how to change a color but they only show one row then change again. I need to continue for 3 more rows before changing again. So I get confused. Your videos are so easy to follow for beginners!!❤

To get it started,you chain 2 and double crochet into the hole 3 times (if you don’t know how to double crochet, sears up a tutorial)
