little anti-climatic BUT that seemed to be a bunch of Ultimate stuff just wrapping things up before Marvel/Loeb wrecked the Ultimate universe (which took years to fix and even then....)
oh yeah, especially Ultimate Fantastic Four. But for the X-men we still got one more story. Which you can tell there was supposed to be more to that one
I feel as though if Onslaught wanted to obliterate all reality I wouldn’t mind seeing him kill everyone in this reality and reboot it this timeline needs an extreme reboot Apocalypse needs a more cooler version of himself and also a more stronger look
I honestly liked this storyline and Kirkman’s run overall. He fixed soooo much stuff that Vaughn broke. Vaughn’s run is the reason I quit this series twice. He also managed to pull off what Vaughn tried to do with Sinister originally and make him a terrifying slasher style killing machine. Also found Apocalypse’s ability to hijack control any and all mutants and their powers terrifying. I honestly didn’t mind the ending either. IMO it made a fantastic finale to the Ultimate X-Men story. IMO THIS is where Ultimate X-Men ended. As far as I’m concerned, The Dumpster Fires that were Absolute Power & Ultimatum never happened.
I feel that the 2016 movie stole the way the Phoenix killed Apocalypse. Which, isn't all that bad, except for the fact, when both the movie and this imprint prevented him from ever coming back, that does become a problem.
@@freshcomicstories I feel like the series would have been way better if it didn't suffer for so many writer and artist changes like Ultimate Spider-Man because this series has a lot of original creative ideas but the execution is kinda poor on a lot of them

Glad Ultimates died when they did. They brought back Ultimate Apocalypse, but in a night gown and ear muffs.
