It's a faulty exhaust valve
Edit:
The FI light blinks 2 long and 3 short meaning Fault Indicator 23.
When I search for the user manual it says "Faulty O2 sensor heater"
It's also called Lambda Probe. It is located on the exhaust before the muffler.
