  • In this video I do a review of wood chunks provided by (King Cook in Woods ) from Nalda Spain. Leg quarters smoked over a Red Wine chunk. A very mild and flavorful result. Can’t wait to try the one other brands. Their website is Cookinwood.com check them out!

    Great video yes I watched the whole thing man I liked the seasoning under the skin. That wood brick held up well man. Did you say it’s pressed wood?

      @RicsBBQSpecialties  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Brother! Thanks for watching, I love me some chicken. Yeah that little block held up well. It’s broken down wine and whiskey barrels. It appeared to be compressed together. Looking at their website they sell bags of chips too.

    what temp should you cook at and for how long?

    • @RicsBBQSpecialties
      @RicsBBQSpecialties  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello!
      I prefer 300 - 350 till internal temp of 175. Note I look for when the skin pulls from the end of the leg exposing the bone. Thanks for watching!
