Though at winter they didn't give me enough hydration... but for summer it's a holy grail product for me .. my pores are less visible than before & skin texture became much softer 🤍
I would highly recommend you the Cosrx hyaluronic acid intensive cream if you haven’t tried it - it is a lot thicker than their other face creams. I’ve been using it for the winter season, I mix it in with my curology prescription and it leaves my face with a heavenly supple & hydrated feeling, I can still feel the hydration in the morning and it’s just one of the best creams for my nighttime routine! I wouldn’t dare use it in the day before makeup personally it needs a lot of time to sink in and wouldn’t want it to start pilling Happy skincaring 🤗

@@QuynhLe-uw6hc that essence absorbs more quickly than 92 cream ( from my own experience) but for hydration it won't be enough at winter. At summer I do use only that essence at day time with my sunscreen.
I LOVE Skin1004. Their regular Madagascar centella line is so incredible. I love the toner, ampoule and the soothing cream. If my skin is super sensitive and irritated, it’s my go to. 🌿

Hi James! I order from Amazon BUT BOJ is looking sketchy on there. They give 2 different dates with a range. Also. Many people have complained they never received their product and BOJ has not written back to them. I have wrote to them as well and their response has been very vague and didn't make any sense. I will not be buying any of their products from Amazon, Yesstyle, or their website. Their delivery is too long and I'm not paying shipping prices. Too bad because I would have liked to try their sunscreen. 😐.
The Cosrx cream (snail) has changed the inkey list . The new version is not so good as the old one. I noticed it by accident checking the inkey list out off the box . It caused me some break out in my chin . And no site has the new inkey list unfortunately
I'm a lil sad because I used the Snail Mucin All in one Cream and it just wasnt enough for my dry skin. Even in summer I felt it wasn't hydrating enough 😭 I liked it a lot but for people with really dry skin it might not be enough on its own.
True, it wasn't enough for my dry skin either. You should try using the snail 96 essence and then apply thick moisturizer that works for you. Helps so much with my dry skin.

Hey! I can tell you what worked for me and I hope it helps! Niacinamide serum, the ordinary worked great and an AHA exfoliating toner. Sunscreen also helps to stop the pigmentation getting worse
Does anyone know if the Kwailnara Cleaning Foam is good? I'm obsessed with anything strawberry so I use it. However, my skin always feels extremely dry after I use it (I use it in the shower.) I want to get rid of my acne but I'm worried that I'm using the wrong cleanser
Note: Beauty of Joseon is a great brand. But the sunscreen is not water/sweat proof so be careful if you live in a hot climate area especially summer season it will not protect you enough. Skin cancer is real. Edit: But it is great if you are working from home or indoors most of the time.

BoJ sunscreen is unreal - feels almost like a moisturiser. Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA toner can sting the sensitive skin a bit as it contains tea tree oil so not my favourite. Other than that, love everything else you've mentioned 💚
i haven’t tried the toner but i saw they have a body wash version. i struggle with body acne/texture so i was wondering if you’ve tried that or have any thoughts on it? just curious :)
Finally I'm ahead of a "viral trend" I've been using the snail 96 essence for years! Whenever I get to know people they're shocked of my age compared to my skin. I swear, it's the K Beauty in my regular routine doing at least 75%.

I just got a massive K beauty haul! I am really loving BOJ as well as Im from. I used the entire honey line last night before bed and could not believe how fabulous my skin looked and felt this morning. Redness was gone and it just was so silky and smooth. Discovering stylevana has truly change the game for me.
When i used cosrx snail essence then the snail cream sealed with aveeno eczema theraphy daily moisturizing cream i woke up with normal skin and baby soft to the touch. I always had oily combination and extremely dehydrated which always felt tight. I just couldn't believe something can do wonders overnight. Just wanted to share incase you feel cosrx is not moisturizing enough.
Initially I was put off by the gloopyness of the COSrx All in one cream. But.. when you apply it, it is totally different, really light and easy to apply and spreads and absorbs really well. I love this as my morning moisturiser as it is super hydrating also applying it with anti-oxidants. I have never actually tried any of the Beauty of Joseon products something to consider in the new year perhaps.
I use several of these products and I cannot say how much I love Korean skin care. I grew up with cystic acne and now in my early twenties I only get one pimple around my period but otherwise my skin is very clear. I get a lot of comments and compliments, a good skincare routine can really change things for your skin.
I really appreciate these videos and the fact you see the favourites returning year on year. It means you're being honest with your reviews, rather than looking for new fads/ranges to recommend for the sake of it.

I started using k brands this year. I've not tried any on your list. Was keen on the CORSX snail mucin essence but I was worried about the animal cruelty side of things so I'm glad you've cleared that up and I might try it next. I currently use the CORSX Galactimyces 95 tone balancing essence and I looooove it! My skin is quite hydrated now and so soft (combination of changing up a few things in my skincare) so, it mighy be hard to swap it out! I also love love love the klairs rich moist soothing cream which I use as a morning moisturizer. Again, so rich and creamy and my skin just feels like a pillow. The other thing I quite like is the Bulgaria rose eye patches by heimish which I use on mornings where I've maybe not slept enough and helps to reduce puffiness in my eyes. I'm definitely a k beauty gal now, their products just really work and are affordable. wish this stuff was around when I was in my 20s!
The 96 essence is crazy & we use it in my house for all manner of things now. Hubby gets super dry patches on his cheeks & it's the only thing that helps & in a matter of days! It's the ONLY thing that helps my nose & upper lip from extreme dryness & cracking when I've got a cold. Incredible product
Have you tried the Frudia moisturizers though?!! The yellow one instantly made me look better but the green avocado one… eventually I noticed my face change. My huge eye bags flattened more than I’d ever seen. My forehead notably plumper like I’d had filler, so fun to poke. It. Transformed. I wasn’t sure what did it so I eliminated this and that and found it was the avocado cream. I thought I could get the same results just incorporating avocado oil into my routine but never finished testing that because the process was annoying and not pleasurable - the Frudia feels and looks so nice, the jar is nice, just love both of them moisturizers.

Thanks for the 2022 recap. Those are some great products. I pat in the BoJ Ginseng essence, then mix some more if it with the Cosrx snail essence and pat that in before my moisturizer. It feels just like a serum. My skin is improving so quickly since adding these two products.
I don't buy that snail story of leaving them alone, there just is no way they could get enough snail secretion that way for mass production, let alone at that price.
I used the Cosrx snail cream two times now and both times my skin got dry and even flaked. I have never had that expierenced that before with a face cream. I am very disappointed because everybody says it is the best cream ever ..... Well
One can be allergic to snail mucin. Might be the reason it doesn't work for you 😊 It's still on my 'to try list' but I'm hesitant due to sensitive skin issues.

i a bit confused abt the tocobo sunscreen... its a chemical sunscreen type but they say to apply it at least 15 minutes before sun exposure, in that case what do you do with reaplication if you're outside?

I would like to emphasise that in order to produce snail mucin, the snails need to be put through something that they feel like is damaging for them, and that's why the secration happens. The mesh has to be bumpy enough for it to feel somewhat threatening. Also, the snails can only go through this process 3-4 times in their lives because it exhausts their bodies at some point. After that they're killed for the food industry.

The Snail mucin serum and cream is just amazing. I have super dry skin and I also have eczema, and whenever I get an eczema patch, I put the Snail products on it and it helps sooo much 🙌🙌🙌
I used the cosrx one for a while & thought I'd try another brand, so I tried the Mizon one. I liked it, I used 2 jars (took ages to go through), then I bought the cosrx one again as it was on sale & I do prefer the cosrx one. I noticed the difference on my face straight away. Give it a go.

not to be that guy in the comments but stylekorean has a LOT of negative reviews on trustpilot saying that they are selling fake products which are not the same as the original in consistency once the product is opened,hence why its sold for a lowered price...

Suncream IS NOT water proof. I replied 4x at the lake and still got burnt. However, great for day to day use out of water!

BoJ sunscreen is unreal - feels almost like a moisturiser. Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA toner can sting the sensitive skin a bit as it contains tea tree oil so not my favourite. Other than that, love everything else you've mentioned 💚
i haven’t tried the toner but i saw they have a body wash version. i struggle with body acne/texture so i was wondering if you’ve tried that or have any thoughts on it? just curious :)
Finally I'm ahead of a "viral trend" I've been using the snail 96 essence for years! Whenever I get to know people they're shocked of my age compared to my skin. I swear, it's the K Beauty in my regular routine doing at least 75%.

@@xoxjelloxox In my experience it works well on just about all skin types. I have combination skin, and it is one of my favorite actives for keeping my skin looking healthy.
I think I can write paragraph after paragraph about Cosrx cream and essence. The essence has improved my skin so much in a short span that I'm forever going to have them in my shelf.
I just got a massive K beauty haul! I am really loving BOJ as well as Im from. I used the entire honey line last night before bed and could not believe how fabulous my skin looked and felt this morning. Redness was gone and it just was so silky and smooth. Discovering stylevana has truly change the game for me.

When i used cosrx snail essence then the snail cream sealed with aveeno eczema theraphy daily moisturizing cream i woke up with normal skin and baby soft to the touch. I always had oily combination and extremely dehydrated which always felt tight. I just couldn't believe something can do wonders overnight. Just wanted to share incase you feel cosrx is not moisturizing enough.
Initially I was put off by the gloopyness of the COSrx All in one cream. But.. when you apply it, it is totally different, really light and easy to apply and spreads and absorbs really well. I love this as my morning moisturiser as it is super hydrating also applying it with anti-oxidants. I have never actually tried any of the Beauty of Joseon products something to consider in the new year perhaps.
The Cosrx snail mucin is really lovely! It's soothing to the skin, and for me the texture is therapeutic in a strange way.

I use several of these products and I cannot say how much I love Korean skin care. I grew up with cystic acne and now in my early twenties I only get one pimple around my period but otherwise my skin is very clear. I get a lot of comments and compliments, a good skincare routine can really change things for your skin.

I started using k brands this year. I've not tried any on your list. Was keen on the CORSX snail mucin essence but I was worried about the animal cruelty side of things so I'm glad you've cleared that up and I might try it next. I currently use the CORSX Galactimyces 95 tone balancing essence and I looooove it! My skin is quite hydrated now and so soft (combination of changing up a few things in my skincare) so, it mighy be hard to swap it out! I also love love love the klairs rich moist soothing cream which I use as a morning moisturizer. Again, so rich and creamy and my skin just feels like a pillow. The other thing I quite like is the Bulgaria rose eye patches by heimish which I use on mornings where I've maybe not slept enough and helps to reduce puffiness in my eyes. I'm definitely a k beauty gal now, their products just really work and are affordable. wish this stuff was around when I was in my 20s!

The 96 essence is crazy & we use it in my house for all manner of things now. Hubby gets super dry patches on his cheeks & it's the only thing that helps & in a matter of days! It's the ONLY thing that helps my nose & upper lip from extreme dryness & cracking when I've got a cold. Incredible product
Have you tried the Frudia moisturizers though?!! The yellow one instantly made me look better but the green avocado one… eventually I noticed my face change. My huge eye bags flattened more than I’d ever seen. My forehead notably plumper like I’d had filler, so fun to poke. It. Transformed. I wasn’t sure what did it so I eliminated this and that and found it was the avocado cream. I thought I could get the same results just incorporating avocado oil into my routine but never finished testing that because the process was annoying and not pleasurable - the Frudia feels and looks so nice, the jar is nice, just love both of them moisturizers.

Thanks for the 2022 recap. Those are some great products. I pat in the BoJ Ginseng essence, then mix some more if it with the Cosrx snail essence and pat that in before my moisturizer. It feels just like a serum. My skin is improving so quickly since adding these two products.

I used the Cosrx snail cream two times now and both times my skin got dry and even flaked. I have never had that expierenced that before with a face cream. I am very disappointed because everybody says it is the best cream ever ..... Well

One can be allergic to snail mucin. Might be the reason it doesn't work for you 😊 It's still on my 'to try list' but I'm hesitant due to sensitive skin issues.

i a bit confused abt the tocobo sunscreen... its a chemical sunscreen type but they say to apply it at least 15 minutes before sun exposure, in that case what do you do with reaplication if you're outside?

Has anyone bought from Style Korean? I can't get past how spammy the fake reviews are on their site for their products.
I would like to emphasise that in order to produce snail mucin, the snails need to be put through something that they feel like is damaging for them, and that's why the secration happens. The mesh has to be bumpy enough for it to feel somewhat threatening. Also, the snails can only go through this process 3-4 times in their lives because it exhausts their bodies at some point. After that they're killed for the food industry.
I also love stick sunscreens, been using them and they fix anywhere, glides on the skin.

The Snail mucin serum and cream is just amazing. I have super dry skin and I also have eczema, and whenever I get an eczema patch, I put the Snail products on it and it helps sooo much 🙌🙌🙌

I used the cosrx one for a while & thought I'd try another brand, so I tried the Mizon one. I liked it, I used 2 jars (took ages to go through), then I bought the cosrx one again as it was on sale & I do prefer the cosrx one. I noticed the difference on my face straight away. Give it a go.

not to be that guy in the comments but stylekorean has a LOT of negative reviews on trustpilot saying that they are selling fake products which are not the same as the original in consistency once the product is opened,hence why its sold for a lowered price...
