    18:24 The difference is that AI is not a tool, AI only merges stolen art without permission, it doesn't create anything without folders full of stolen art from small artists, In Japan animation is still done on paper, did Japan have to adapt to making mediocre art from the West? No! the opposite, now the entire Western Art industry is chasing after losing so much market and is learning and even replicating the same style, Spiderverse, Arcane, Puss in Boots, etc.. are examples of Japan's influence. But the West always goes the wrong way, The fact that they even consider AI Generative to be Legal proves it.
