The JVM is such a cost effective amp. Very versatile. I play Boogies mostly myself but in some ways wish I had a JVM purely for its bang for the buck jack of all trades features. In fact I would even be bold enough to say I'd get one of these over a Mesa Roadster. Its just soooo easy to dial in a good tone and get to the part of actually playing music.
i fookin love EMGs they serve a purpose when u need them, i have many guitars with different pick ups but if im in the mood to play heavy and drop me D i pick my strat with EMGs proper cool !
i think that idea behind the jvm was that they wanted to have the plexi and jcm 800/900/2000 in the same head which they succeded with!! LONG LIVE MARSHALL!!

i dont know why people say always that marshall is sucks coz other amps are dominate over marshall for example ENGL or mesa or soldano ye okay maybe but it depends on you what u choose. i think not many people can afford more than 5000$ for a better amp "it was just an example"
He's not even like michael, he clearly shows Beatltes style progressions with playing similar to jeff beck.....tell me if i'm at all wrong. besides the modern sweep/tap/legato. this guy is awesome, and so is his amp!.
Im having a problem. I got my amp a month ago and only used it twice. At one stage i came back to it and tried the Red Channel on the OD, but it sounded Clean. I then went through the other channels, but none of them had any volume! Please help. I have a Marshall JVM 205C
if anyone can help, i bought this amp a few months ago and havent used it as much as i thought i would, but when i did start using it the clean section sounds great, but all of the OD channels get buzzy as hell, any suggestions would be great
Are you kidding? I love ESP strats, to me theyre surperiour to the real thing. In a big way! I'm not very fond of his silver/chrome pickup cover though.

if you get any sound then its probably not the tubes so it sounds like a fail in the leads inside the amp! since you just bought it a month ago go back to the store you bought it from!!

@Sstephen192 Get a noise gate - try out an ISP Decimator. It's what I use and it works perfectly

that is entirely wrong. the tubes can go way bad, and the amp will still have sound. his powertubes are probably gone if he's not getting any volume.
