awesome Video! Getting my Marshall JVM 410H with the 1960AV 4x12 Cab next weekend! Playing a Fender Strat 1957 super heavy Relic and a Maybach Lester 59 Les Paul...it will be a blast!
Hi Emil, I just got one of these JVM's and I can't get it up and running. I'm using it without a cabinet but Idk if that hurts the head or not. I have warmed the valves up for about 1 hour today and yesterday to get rid of the humming in case.
Nice playing and YJM vibes man , youre convincing me to buy a JVM lol ... played an ADA mp1 3tm for years, superb preamp. Got a 6505 its good but not as articulate for leads as the ADA .... Thinking of the JVM now as it has good clean and articulate leads ....

Thanks man! For the price and what you get i think its a done deal. Sure an amp like this that does it all might have small compromises to a jcm or jmp but on an amp like that you only get one sound 👍

I'm taking a line signal from a two notes captor (load box) and using speaker simulation (V30s). It should sound just like a mic'ed cab and is what I use for my videos. For recordings and studio use I might still mic up a real cab. Thanks for watching!
Dude kinda love that squeal thing, Jimi Hendrix did use that to get some musical sounds, IMO anyone who dislikes it should sell his/her guitar and get a violin or a piano. And also thanks for the video, now I know the Plexi is definitely not the amp for me, it obviously sounds better somehow, but more distortion is just the way I roll. LOL I thought the crunch channel was the Plexi.
Hi I dont feel like it's a huge problem. I usually play very noisy single coils and if you're carefull and use your volume knob I have no problems at all.
I've just bought this amp. I'm very disappointed with the sqealing and the noise in general. I've had loads of other Marshall amps and never had a problem like it.

I have the 210h and what I find is that the jvm is a Swiss Army knife of amps. I think it’s unfair when people compare it to other Marshall amps and say it sucks because it doesn’t sound like an 800 or it doesn’t sound like a plexi; it’s definitely an amp that does it’s own thing and I always smile when I get a new tone to add to the toolbox. I wouldn’t get rid of mine simply because it’s too useful
@@ccandrew111 A lot of people don't get that in order to get the best plexi/800/jubilee tones, you'll/the'll have to get those specific amps. This is more of a swiss army knife kind of amp.
