    Beautiful Cake. Watched each of your videos. Just wished this one has the recipe and ingredients mentioned.
    I think I can really make this cake at home considering all the ingredients I see are easily available where I live!!

    I love your cake videos and every time I try it comes out perfectly… one doubt can we substitute gelatin with agar-agar ? Can u please make one of the entremets with agar agar in one of your tutorials please……

      I’m so happy to hear that you like the recipes 🖤 that’s genuinely makes me so happy! I’d love to experiment with more vegan ingredients at some point so I can advise further on it, as I for know use gelatin in my cakes ☺️

      Removing gelatin will affect the texture of several elements in the cake which won’t result in a stable cake. You can try with a vegan alternative, but since I haven’t tested this myself yet, I cannot advise on it and give a concrete recommendation ☺️

      @@jazzy9320yes as I’ve explained here, we all have to make a living and creating recipes and cakes like this takes time and effort ☺️ I’m making this tutorial, along with many others, available for all here to (I hope ☺️🙏🏼) learn and get inspiration from, and I have lots of free recipes on my channel here and on my website.
      The price for the recipes that aren’t free are purposely priced low in order for them to be affordable ☺️

      I table spoon of powdered gelatin is equivalent to four gelatin sheets.

      Exactly! Then you can keep in mind that the bloom of the gelatin I’m using is 240 so probably in between 3-4 sheets ☺️
