    What weekend for the northern hemisphere! Very physical game, clearly there's no love lost between these two teams. Amazing how these games come down to 1, or 2 key plays. That swing the outcome 1 way, or the other. Wouldn't mind watching these 2 team's battle it out every weekend! Massive win for England!

    Was a fantastic series, both teams made it so. England were awesome, their attack, their defense kept them in it in the 2nd half.
    Australia were good, did their usual very best, they fell short this time.
    I cannot understand from some, the lack credit given to the England players, particularly Slipper. Couldn't give them the credit they deserved.

      Interesting how you forget Bokke is the best team in the world. The 3rd place is temporary because our championship cup is comming up in a month then we top the ranks again until world cup starts. Funny how we lose once against wales and lose 2 points in rank but win 16 pints against wales and gain no significant points to top the rank again. So its fair to say we still the best in the world.

    • @patrickchilds2987
      @patrickchilds2987 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@kurtvalentine4433 Boks deservedly hold the World Champion title after winning the RWC in 2019. But that does not mean 3 years on they are the top side in the international game. Last year they lost to NZ, Australia, England and most recently Wales. I am not suggesting they are a bad side and yes they may well do well in the RC. Boks lost 2 points because they lost at home to the 9th ranked side. The algorithm whilst not perfect uses opposition ranking, match scores, home or away wins to reflect the value of the win. Winning at home to the 8th ranked side would hardly have made any impression.

    • @tamabrightwell4536

      Boks lost five matches last year and one this year that’s more than the AB’s in the same playing period, it’s so tight at the top but the world rankings are a true reflection of World Rugby atm and both France and Ireland would beat the Boks in a 3 test series and I believe the ABs will win a game in the republic but not the series

  • @JertBalls
    @JertBalls 2 ปีที่แล้ว +22

    Key moments seem to squander the wallabies momentum. The end of the first half for instance, Farrels penalty kick hits the post, Nick White catches and decides to run the ball out past the 22, gets isolated, another penalty to England.. they kick for touch and shortly after score their try just before half time.. Most other international teams would be kicking that initial ball down field and away from danger. If wallabies did that, England don’t score before half time and the game is totally different… Wallabies their own worst enemies at times.

      @@ironknobsteelworks4063 I agree, England were slightly better overall. But I standby what I described, there are times to attach and run with the ball, but on that occasion it cost us big time. I don’t think the other Aus players were anticipating that run, hence they were late to the breakdown. A sensible kick out of play, we go into the break leading 10-6.. and the game unfolds differently down the track. But yes, England deserved the win.

    • @uberboiz
