Your video is incorrect in your description of the symbol on the magnetic side of the popwallet. Per the popsocket website:
“Your credit cards are safe from MagSafe magnets while inside the MagSafe PopWallet+ but be sure not to place any cards against the magnetic back of the wallet and risk demagnetizing the cards. “

Bought this today at an airport. Popped in a tech shop and it looked like a decent product. I do trips to London a lot to watch my team and I only need my phone and a card having recently had my wallet stolen at a game. The magnet is very strong and the pop part makes holding my 15pm even more easy.
Do you have a case on your phone along with the wallet? Or no case and just stick to the phone?
Do you still use it? Did the rubber/silicone(?) coating at the back peel off? Cuz the magnet on mine is showing a bump after just popping the magwallet on and off my phone case :((
UPDATE: I got one. Worst money I ever spent I tried it with 4 different phone cases ad the MagSafe is a joke. You have to have a MagSafe phone case, a paper thin case or nothing at all. Left a 1 star review and got my money back tho 😁🤙
I have 6 cards and a small paper folded in half. I love my popsocket MagSafe for my iPhone 13 mini with leather MagSafe case.
Also love the magnet. Way stronger than Apple wallet.
I have a leather MagSafe case as well (not made by Apple, though) and was curious about how the rubber material on the magnet side of the PopSocket wallet affects the leather.. some reviews say it leaves a sticky residue. How’s it holding up on yours?
@@j.me.k hey, mines left some sticky residue in the beginning. After about a month it all disappeared. The leather looks fine you just see an imprint of the MagSafe ring but you can rub them out.

Do you know if the magsafe wallet works well with the popsocket car mounts? Not the magsafe specific ones, but the others? My concern was that it would be too thick to sit correctly.

i have a really important question.I have a silicon magsafe phone case witch is not from apple but i dont think it maters .The question is if i let the pop wallet for a longer period of time is it going to affect my silicon case? Like is it going to scratch the back of the case or is it going to leave an outline ?Pease respond i am very curious
Hi Emily, while I haven't left mine attached for a super long time, I definitely don't think it will scratch the back of your case. I do think it could leave an impression or a ring mark on the back that might take some time to go away after you remove the pop wallet.
Will the card case still work fine even if the case you’re using doesn’t have the magsafe strip at the back? Planning on using this with the iPhone13. Thanks!
Hi Bettina, it really depends on how thick the case is. It will work with most cases, the magnetic hold will be a little less though.

Hi Balalal, just tried it out, even with the pop socket grip extended it is not showing up when I switch over to the wide camera angel.
will leave some ''ring shape'' mark on the case after some time ? i'm using caudabe sheath now, and currently planning on getting the popwallet magsafe
TBH - It's been awhile since I used this wallet, but I have used the Sheath case quite a lot, I think you will be fine.

Are magnet still in use today for credit card? I thought all of them were using the chip only.
I have run into a couple instances where I needed to swipe, it is kinda frustrating at this point though.
The card emblem is a little confusing in my opinion. To me that says not to put cards in it. A card with a check mark would make more sense. 😊
Agreed, but I'm thinking it has to do with demagnifying your cards.
So that symbol doesn't mean you can't use regular strip cards? I thought it meant you could only use chip cards or it would erase the ones with strip.
Hi RaZr, Popsocket claims your cards are shielded form being demagnetized. I did not experience any issues in my testing, but if anyone has, let us know. Thanks!

Do i need to worry about scratches if i attach it barely with my phone? Or is it better to put a sticker on it to be sure?
If you’re talking about the MagSafe wallet then you are fine. It’s not sharp or hard edged and wont scratch your phone.
Which works better as a stand?
I would say the Moft wallet because you can orient your phone in portrait or landscape. The Popwallet only works in portrait, at least for the Pro Max. Thanks for watching!

I’m not sure for which models, but they definitely used to have non MagSafe version. I would check the PopSocket website.
how do you think this wallet work with skin? i have skin on my 12 pro , would the magnets be strong enough?

Hi Jassam, I am currently a very thin case, almost as thin as a skin and the magnets are strong enough for a good hold, so given how thin a skin is, you shouldn’t have any issues.
Is the popwallet compatible with just 1 card? Would the card be loose and fall out?

@@thechristaft What are the odds of you seeing if a third party silicone AirTag holder that can stick to the pop socket? I think that’s the only missing component…only downside I see is it may protrude out quite a bit.

It's been a while since I reviewed this product, maybe they have made changes? But the one I have is very tight, don't think I could get five cards to fit without damaging the stretchy material holding it together.
