I have experienced the power move you mentioned. The very last interview with the president of the company and this person made me wait for about 30-40 minutes just sitting in a room by myself. Then the person came in rushed and quickly asked me some bizarre questions like about my family history and exactly how many lines of code total have I written in the target language. Terrible experience. Definitely a red flag.
first thing they ask during the interview or even before the interview is current ctc..Theynhave asked me to fill a form..that too a word document..They could have at least used a proper google form

I don't like that at all 😢 Agree a form would be so much easier and respectful of your time.
If someone ever makes me wait like 30min I'll just be coding in the meanwhile and make them wait like 2min after they arrive
